A unnoticed change this year that you defiently should use is that the free agents are a lot more releastic. You can find actual good players who in real life are free agents
yeah its a bug where players loose their potential status after year 1. So dynamic potentials is completely broken because after year 1, it just doesnt work anymore. lol typical EA bugs .. so annoying i've had to postponed my RTGs

Back in fifa 21 I learned that you never want to promote a player at the end of the season, because they will either not play or play very little and it will count as a lack of game time and hence the next season you'll get a potential drop, I don't know if it still works that away but it's something to note. Edit: well he just mentioned in the video so this lost it's purpose Well another tip is, if the player threatens to leave at the end of the season, you can promote the player, then release him and sign him back at the beginning of the next season with his potential intact

@@danturner8498 no he did the other cousin Tjaaland (he is not in Fifa23) but Braut Brunes is actually in Fifa23 and also got his picture added in the game so for that reason it would be a more satisfying video than the one with the created 99 potential cousin
mate it is BEYOND me how you rebuild an IRISH team without bringing a SINGLE irish player, oh my days you needed a goalkeeper and didn’t even sign Bazunu who is the highest potential young GK in the prem !!!! not even trying to turn an original into a beast, or even sending a scout to ireland to at least have irish talents. I love your videos but honestly would appreciate way more if you cared more about the clubs roots, especially smaller ones like, when would an irish club be based on spaniards, french and brazilian players, come on

If you need to rebuild a team on a budget, free agency is the way to go. After the first season you will almost certainly find players rated 80+ for free. Checking free agency every year is a great source for talent for literally every team in the game, regardless of roster and/or cash available.

You shouldn't put dev plans on players who are in the academy,it just makes their potential go down so bad for some reason,like you could get an 86-94 without dev plans and a 78-82 with them
Cani I'd love to see a career mode save either coach to glory or like u did with barca in fifa 21 when u released all players over the age of 23 and put them in the second division
The objectives are ridiculous. I've always hated them even on 22. Makes it hard to sim forward. I'd have to do it week by week but you can't. That'll take too long.
There’s a small exploit you could do. If you wanna buy hidden gems from top teams but the player says “doesn’t want to relocate”.. you can loan to buy and most club usually agree and the player too. I noticed that on my derby RTG. Got my players on a year long loan, their overall increased but the agreed transfer fee doesn’t. Like if you guys doesn’t know. Loan option is op in this fifa

On Season 3 and I am in the Championship...everything was great until all my "potential to be special" players dropped to "exciting prospect" at the start of the 3rd season. Not to mention that I got a new budget of 86m and they wanted me to spend it all on the transfer market. Changed everything as I had to buy bigger rated players
Should do a rebuild on treaty United formerly Limerick F.C they went into examinership and had to change there make name they were involved in match fixing and docked 26 points.
The reduced salary should be "awarded" as a punishment if you'd drop down a division. So that you have to cut some wages or sell players that are too good for that division to keep the boards faith.
I swear to god when i say that i was watching whilst doing the same thing it was weird when i saw him signing players i was scouting before i saw who he was signing
