I really want your palette, Heather! It’s so beautiful! I have to express though that I’m feeling some hesitation surrounding the shipping / customer service experience. I’m in Canada so with the currency exchange the palette will cost over CAD$70 plus shipping expenses plus the possibility of getting hit with customs charges - so I’m probably in for over $100 when all is said and done. “Ships within 7-20 days” scares me considering that I’ll also have to wait for customs clearance. I’d like to receive the palette this Spring, not in September. Can you provide any reassurance that Adept is staffed up and prepared to get these release orders out in a reasonable time frame and provide a smooth customer service experience? Thanks, Heather 🤩

@@kelceyd271 I have the same worries but with glam shop …. I had just placed any order from them and then to quickly cancel the order …. Not just because of money being tight …. But I’ve never ordered from them and I’m not sure how their customer service is and having to wait for customs clearance and all that fun stuff…. and how reliable/ trustworthy they are with canceling items and keeping your info safe …

It was marked sold out on the Adept site before launch. This did not change after launch but I got an email after I put mine into the site and was then able to purchase your pallet.
