I'm sorry, but that's the worst take ever on Cancelo.
He has been instrumental for Barca, and very solid defensively too.
And for 25 mil, you don't get a better player than him for that money. No chance.
Look I love Cancelo but sometimes he makes boneheaded decisions that lead to dangerous attacks. I would still keep him for his offensive qualities though.

Yes. We should get cancelo free or cheap. We may havr to play 40-50 mil for felix. Barca dont have that money so they more than likely will loan him. If we could also negotiate with Ath Madrid to a price like 10 mill we could just fully buy him though. The question is do we take felix another season or keep Ferran Torres and hunt Kavicha KVARTSKELIA.

Out of the 2 Joaos, Barcelona should sign Joao Cancelo on a permanent basis over Joao Felix and we know how both players have complicated problems at their parent club.
We remember how Joao Cancelo fell out of favor with Pep Guardiola and obviously Manchester City don’t want him back and for the most part this season for Barcelona, he’s been excellent and has been one of the rare players on the team who’s actually been fit for most of their games. He can play LB RB he’s more of a winger/midfielder in the fullback position and going forward he offers something different to the Barcelona team and they finally have a proper attacking fullback who can create something out of nothing something they’ve needed since Jordi Alba and Dani Alves left.
This episode was completely off the rails from the off. Craig letting the show breathe was incredible

Difficult to imagine the intellectual giant that is Craig Burley dropped out of school at 16. The boy done well.
Didn't drop out it was normal in those days. My dad left before his 14th birthday back in 1928. He was a lot smarter than Craig but the self education was part of culture also. People had to contribute early. My dad read to enlighten himself up to his 95th.

I’m skeptical towards Joao Felix in a sense that once again he’s been decent for Barcelona where he’s looked good at times and other times you don’t see enough out of him. BTW he has scored home and away against Atletico Madrid this season.
One of the things that bothers me when we talk about Joao Felix is how everyone blames Diego Simeone and Atletico Madrid for his development when the reality is he’s an inconsistent player who’s never been able to truly settle at a club and in the summer again he has an uncertain future. He’ll most likely never play for Atletico Madrid ever again as long as Diego Simeone is their manager and they’re going to want to sell him for big money, but if you’re Barcelona, why spend over 70-75 million for an attacker who’s not been consistent enough not just this season but throughout his career. He’s one of those players that need a proper system which can help him thrive and whatever club he has played for, it’s been difficult for managers to get the best out of him is he a winger an attacking midfielder or a CF what role suits him best as you see him dribbling or linking up the play since he’s creative and always wants the ball to his feet, but there’s not an aspect of his game that makes him elite in my opinion. They might sign him on a second loan, if not Atletico Madrid will try to move him on or send him to the stands until his contract expires or maybe find a new club in Saudi Arabia or a team that wants him, he just cannot settle at a club.

Aaron Ramsdale hasn’t kicked a ball all season at Arsenal due to a certain goalkeeper, Nick Pope is out for the season meaning that in goal, Jordan Pickford has his place nailed on very easily. 2 of their natural left backs Luke Shaw and Ben Chilwell are injury prone and it would be great if Gareth Southgate chooses the team purely off of fitness and form meaning that a CB Joe Gomez gets the nod over Chilwell and Shaw because he’s been in resurgent form for Liverpool and he’s been healthy for most of the season. At CB, I have a feeling that Maguire will start along with John Stones another player who’s been struggling with injuries even though I would rather start Tomori. At RB, when fit it’s Kyle Walker, even though Kieran Trippier is having a good season and they have other options at RB. Along with Jude Bellingham and Declan Rice, when healthy Trent starts in midfield, Kobbie Mainoo in that midfield would be a dream as he’s been a revelation for Manchester United, and Maddison has also been excellent at Tottenham, but he’s not a guaranteed pick for the national team. He better not pick Jordan Henderson at the EUROs and overall Phil Foden is a must start for England. With the likes of Harry Kane Bukayo Saka Phil Foden Jude Bellingham etc in top form, imagine if England still don’t win the EUROs, they have no excuses if they come up short in another international tournament.
