    Well done!
Sometimes the penalties for blue-badge fraud can appear to be woefully inadequate.

A friend of mine had a blue badge, but sadly died. I took possession of the badge and locked it away to see if the council that issued it would notice if the owner of the badge had died. On it’s expired date I wrote to the council and asked why they never check the register of deaths that they have to complete and was told that it was not a good use of staff time to check.

I saw several blue badge holders misusing the scheme…I challenged the warden and he said what can I do?…they will appeal against it
I said then why do we pay you and he walked off

Should be purging in the whole country...lots of people park in disabled bays now without a badge, because they feel like it...should get £500 instant fine..

There's also blue on blue crime where disabled people are forced to fight like impaired gladiators for ever diminishing disabled parking spots. In Torquay (Devon) - the Council charges for disabled parking! There can be only one!
