I've been using scalp oiling (castor, coconut, rosemary, mint and tea tree oil) and oiling the rest with coconut and olive (all warm) and doing scalp massages almost every night and I swear good... From short fine hair it's growing faster and healthier than ever

I'll write the routine. -I do scalp massages with electric scalp massager every day (without oil, just the massager) -On saturdays I do it with oils, leave them there three or four hours and wash with shampoo with soulfates and then I condition very well. -On wednesday I do oils again but just 20 or 30 minutes and wash but with another shampoo without soulfates this time. -And finally I apply a light oil in the ends every night. Definitely stick to a good hair routine. My 8 things I do to take care of my hair video- all those those things I never skip. I also use a leave in conditioner on Wash day which helps seal in hydration (I didn’t mention that) I’m iron deficient on and off so I neverr skip any of my supplements. Deficiencies affect the hair big time. Hair supplement is a must for me. I’m using nutrafol with bad ingredients to help with a healthy stress response which I nice since stress really impacts hair. Aside from that, precleansing, and hair growth serum made a huge difference for me. Also just babying my hair with gentle comfortable hair styles, and covering it in satin/silk every night. Hair is a lot of work sometimes 😅🤣🤣

I personally do it help me with hair growth. but not everyone needs to oil their scalp or should. Someone with a lot of scalp buildup or dermatitis should avoid piling their scalp and instead work on treating those issues.

I oil my hair once in a week with cold pressed coconut and castor oil, massage it on my scalp and let it sit in a loose bun. But my hair is nowhere close to u and i am continuously losing hair.
Hi Riya! That’s sounds awesome! Castor and coconut are on the heavier side though. They can work for some people but sometimes they can be too heavy for the scalp specifically. You could always try some liter oils like Argan, pumpkin, etc. I have had much better results that way myself. But of course it’s different for everyone. Sometimes it takes some experimenting to see what works ❤️❤️
