I bought my 335is two years ago from a guy who botched the VRSF relocation kit for the exact same spot, different reasons but same hose. I used to just manage the slow leak but eventually gained some tools/skills and tried to fix it myself. You’ll never guess what kept leaking. Couldn’t find anyone dealing with this specific area until now. I can’t thank you enough, at least now I have a plan that I know can work to be a perm fix. You are the man 🤝🏽🙏🏽

What audi did the coolant hose you used on the thermostat come off of? I wanna do this on mine but would rather not cap it off so i can keep proper flow. Im trying to find the connector you used

What lower charge pipe to intercooler piping are you using?

It's the piping that comes with the ARM 7.5k intercooler. ARM also sells a single silicon hose as a upgrade, which I'll probably do in the future.

Next time you have to do anything with bleeding the coolant system. Put as much antifreeze as you can, then turn your heat up all the way on the lowest setting & hold the gas pedal down for 12 seconds with key on but engine not running & the system will bleed itself. The water pump will go through cycles & work out all the air. Then fill it & you’re all set. On the blow off valve, when you’re making boost that’s what holds it down & you need the spring to push it open when you let off throttle, try a weaker spring than what you had originally & you should be all set….👍🏻
