      Citizens, the planet, not important.
But…they wrap themselves in the flag and hide beneath a burdensome, heavy cross. To sell bogus ideologies to steal votes in favor of Big Business.

If the "injury" was being forced to pay $0.15 per page when you were entitled to get it for free, the remedy should be something like monitary compensation, including lawyer fees, and a crrective injunction against that particular agency to minimize the chance of them making he same "injury" in the future.
But if they did win their case, I'm sure the Democrats have a list of officials they would like to have cleared out, including the head of the US Post Office.

Why does US culture, broadly speaking, so oppose expertise? Even in the normal course of things we seem to have open elections for positions of technical responsibility. I truly don't understand.

Given the overturning of the Chevron decision, this terrifies me. This plays into what Project 2025 plans to implement.

What about emotional trauma and unmitigated distress at living in a society that views violence against animals as a threat to society while so much of our economy relys on unmitigated violence to non-human beings reduced to products and property? 11 billion farmed animals are brutally slaughterd annually for no nutritional requirement. Millions of animals are brutally tortured annually in university research labs,by military, because they threaten cattle industry, or are labeled game, pests, nuisances, or products! This is the sickness underlying all others and we in the animal rights movement see it daily. USDA uses my tax dollars to subsidize WHY We have degenerative diseases!

They are trying to take our rights and protections away by taking up frivolous cases, like this up.
I do Not trust this Corrupt trump/McConnell court to do what’s right.

This case was probably brought by an iteration of the Federalist Society or the Heritage Foundation.
Trump took his recommendations for the court from the Federalist Society in the first place.

I am under the impression that Congress has the power, if they chose, to make decisions with regard to cases SCOTUS decides to take. Could you comment as to whether this is true?

Due to the recent court rulings, this and many other issues need to be clarified, the authority of agencies is being undermined and a clear delineation of the new definition of their responsibilities needs to be established.

Love Harry's analysis...but, for we laymen, it would be easier to understand by beginning with what the case will do...then, delve into the qualifiers, descriptions...
So, this would REMOVE what? What would be it's net effect?

I don't understand. If they got the photocopies, how can there be an injury? Was the paper too thin? Did a careless CPSC employee spill coffee on some of the sheets? Did one of the plaintiffs suffer an alergic reaction to the photocopy ink?
