There is a recession around the world, Our desk and service jobs were mostly outsourced ones which are directly related to world economy. Now GDP increase is due to govt spending. Manufacturing demand around the world is less and competitive and India is not the top destination for Manufacturing jobs. How exactly can govt create jobs out of thin air.
By making it a top destination for manufacturing rather than restricting the country to an assembling plant...just like how Vietnam is progressing based on manufacturing and factory jobs.....and recession will remain in some form or the other in the Western world....how long can we keep crying on it. .

There are a lot of job opportunities. I am hiring manager but I do not get skilled people. In age of youtube and udemy you really cant blame goverment. Put efforts, acquire skills; there are too many jobs.

Smartly the interviewers is asking a negative connotation and taking feedback. They are all speaking good english is itself a testimony of good education they are getting. In this age of digital world there is no dearth of educational resource. Regarding jobs, unless youth start at being entrepreneur and provide jobs to others things can't change. Don't expect the govt to spoon feed, there are enough welfare schemes govt is burdened with, it can't just create unnecessary jobs and add load to existing tax payers. The youth should stop expecting govt to create jobs, and they should create jobs by entrepreneurial route.
