    It's very sad her abusive treatment contributed to her personal problems. I remember her as a credible actress. She deserved better than what she had to endure.

    Sandra was quite fetching. But besides being attractive, she was quite a solid actress. Most know her as Gidget and the beach films. But check her out in ones like Imitation of Life, A Summer Place, Until They Sail ..She's very good and has a decent range. 💙👍

    A lot of them from that era died from alcoholism her husband died at 36 she died at like 64. A lot of the actors from back then died of alcoholism

    I had never seen that picture of her near the time of her death. She looked terrible, but she was always a beautiful lady and she seemed like she was such a sweet person. Such a shame about her unhappy life. I hope she has found peace.

    It’s very sad how people use other people - even talented beautiful persons like Sandra. She was so sweet and had such lovely eyes. She never really had a positive life. It’s amazing she survived as long as she did - thinking of Marilyn Monroe. Maybe having her son helped. 🌹🌹
