All I can say is that as an 11 year old boy in 1960, I had an enormous crush on Sandra Dee.
A lot of them from that era died from alcoholism her husband died at 36 she died at like 64. A lot of the actors from back then died of alcoholism
Although Bobby died of rheumatic heart disease.

I had never seen that picture of her near the time of her death. She looked terrible, but she was always a beautiful lady and she seemed like she was such a sweet person. Such a shame about her unhappy life. I hope she has found peace.
