One correction klinefelter syndrome not called as gynecmastia it is just symptoms of that syndrome it just like that sneezing is symptoms of corona And not all patients having gynocomastia are sterile In India more than 60% male have gynocomastia its not mean that they have klinefelter syndrome and they are sterile
