I sacrificed a messiah on it and it learned it. An easier method is probably to Electric chair a persona who gives the megidolaon skill card. I assume messiah can do it, not sure about any other personas though.

they delayed the game for JPN dub (yeah that was one of the reasons for one delay the last delay)

TheKHfan358over3d I hate when ppl say this because it's outright wrong. it was delayed because the localization wasn't even close to a finished product. We got the Japanese dub as an "apology." It wouldn't take nearly that long to put in a dub that was already in the game in the first place anyways.
