Just so you know, when your on the character select screen, you can use your wheel on your mouse (if your a pc player) and it will zoom the screen out to see the full dino. Even works when your picking skins.

On a quetz for argent you want to aim for its head. The head isn't effected by the shake so you don't take damage, you just have to look out for headbutts!

You could honestly master this bird & make a lot of content with just this one Dino because that was dope seeing you be so good with it. If you took down that big guy I’m sure you would of been the first ever to do that.

Since their introduction to the game, the packs of raptors and campos that frequented the impact crater and great plains have disappeared on the server i play on... kind of a shame
Little tip for Quetzalcoatlus: until you reach full adult, jumping takes a quarter of your stam. So try to run of ledges to fly Edit: please please please, let quetzal bite and peck in air again
I just made one today and am very disappointed he can't pick or bite while in the air. Does the stamina drain from jumping get better when you hit adult?

We need more flying/gliding Dinos, like the hetzagoptyryx would be so cool, and stuff like pterosaurs, dinonychus, micro raptor, and more would make the game that much more beutiful
The only thing I don’t like about the Quetz is that the wing flapping is TOO smooth. It doesn’t feel like a massive bird like it should feel. I want to feel like a Quetz, not a goddamn sting Ray.
Someone might've mentioned it already, but as the Quetz, if you sprint and hold the fly button while in water, you will fly out of the water, as long as you have stamina.

What serv you're playing on ? i'm struggling finding one that is not an Hardcore RP (those one limit the hit count to 2 hit and 1 agressive roar wth) but who have all the PT mod dinosaurs. The thing is nasty as hell x)
A lot of the modded animals look really bad in my opinion, but the quetz looks even better than the vanilla game's pterosaur. The thalasso is very... bald. I guess it's not impossible but it just feels weird seeing such a bald pterosaur. The quetz has much more fluff to it. Looks much more natural, I like it.

Fun fact, milk does not improve bone health, and if it does help you gain height, it may be at expense of your bone density. Cow's milk is unnatural to drink for humans, think of it not as a health drink but a "mutagen" that can give you benefits at the expense of something else your body has, basically relocating your nutrition to somewhere else, perhaps where a COW WOULD WANT IT TO BE. Humans are not cows. Still, it is fine to have baked goods etc. I think? I'm not sure if they did a study on this.
That would be but body moving is something this game should have like the isle. So you can drag your prey somewhere safe instead of having to eat where it lands.
this just shows how quetz is one of the best flying reptiles, i mean sure theres probably a way cooler flying reptiles like hatzegopterix(idk if i typed it right sooo you can tell me if i spelled it wrong), but if i'm right it's the biggest flying reptile yet, just beacuse of the size and it was the first the flying reptile that looked diffrent other then looking like another pteranodon at the time, to me it's one of my favourite flying reptiles (yes i said flying reptiles way too much but thats beacuse idk if this guy is considered a pterasaur), also yea ik its probably weaker in real life and it woldn't fight things like argents or any thing half its size.

Yellow, in my opinion the best quetz build is a land build (marathon runner, respite and speed) because apexs can't manage to hit you
