I must say past few months have been really overwhelming. I don’t like this energy and it’s really taking a toll on my mental peace. It’s exhausting and overburdening.
Controlling the emotion of being overwhelmed is a discipline. You can control suppression if you allow yourself to do so but it takes strength and courage. Oddly enough those two feelings are usually feared by those who would use them including myself. Release your fear, utilize judgement, and controlling your emotions may be easier. The exhaustion is a byproduct of being overwhelmed, remember, YOU control emotion, don't let emotion control you. Stayed focused, calm, and resilient, a path to mental clarity, which is one of the keys to spiritual growth. Emotion is produced by your mind's energy, not the other way, you can master it, don't allow it to master you. I hope all works out, empathy is also a discipline rarely exhibited in the current paradigm.
Great reading Shannon. It's the first that I listen to your readings. Yes, For what I have learned in 25 to 30 years. I am going by what I have learned to put in uses of today's world. But, I am not a manager of where I work part time. Therefore I do not have the say so. I feel sometimes that I get the run around where I stand. I do have a mistrust with the people I work with. Mostly with lead supervisors and High school students. I am on SS benifits, I enjoy the extra money. I will tune in on your next reading, WOW. This one is on the nail head!
In my energy of allowance, I make a rule for myself to trust that all know (deep inside) if they are ready to transition. Well have been going thru this energy stage in a peculiar manner, having picked up another energy which exploited me and my empathy nature. To say this cut -off is a blessing in disguise is modest as it turned out to be a very professional orchestrated emotional scam! It has caused a bit if trauma for me, but not a financial one thank goodness, although I feel the money was not the object of the scam, strange to say that but my intuition was sort of screaming at me but I chose to override it. This one will be put down to experience but for now I need to express the dangers and pitfalls of this modern age occurrence. 🙏
Have faith it will all become clear when the time is right. I can definitely commiserate with this though! Things have been feeling very heavy and confusing as of late - hang in there! 🙏🏻❤️
Life is a school and we're currently in kindergarten. Learning actually is fun if you learn the correct things, as found in stoicism and esoteric wisdom. It's available to only a few for a reason.
