That is fantastic. Can you please email us closer to the time when you know you want to come and I will let our chef/partner know so we can make sure to give you a nice lunch or dinner experience.
Please include English in your captions! Love your restaurant project! I saw the completion earlier, it’s is absolutely gorgeous! You will, undoubtedly, be very successful!
Have a home in Gallese not to far away. We renovated my great grandmothers home in 2015. And now working on a 2nd renovation. I would like to come see you project at some point. I went through Giove in April and a beautiful spot. Here is my RUclips story if you want to watch.
Oh wow that is fantastic! Yes we would love to show you the project at some point. We will go watch your story as well. So happy to connect with you. Please send us an email any time to connect;-)
Am enjoying your series of videos - nice job! Happy for you! Very exciting. Am hoping to move to Italy within a few years, and if that happens will be sure to visit your restaurant! I’m curious who is videoing? Pls pass on our appreciation for a job well done. My SO is a retired professional photographer/videographer/(related stuff) and we have a hard time watching much YT content due to simple ignorance or lack of care of many people (feel seasick sometimes from many videos, and I never get seasick on boats, LOL!). Best Wishes from Northern California!
Thank you SO much! I really appreciate your positive comment :-) We hired a videographer with a background with drone footage experience out of Rome. He did a wonderful job. We are hoping to begin demolition soon and will have him come back out to shoot more footage for us. It’s a fun project! We hope you come have a glass of wine there with us one day!
@@ourlittlejupitergioveumbri1162Thank you for your reply! Your money was definitely very well spent with your photographer / videographer! Your place is on our list now of places we hope to visit after moving - already looking forward to a nice glass of Umbrian red in the grotto, and a lovely meal in your restaurant after getting tired out trekking through the restored castle!!
Very exciting but it must be very expensive to do all this. If I could stay in Italy longer than 90 days, I’d want to start a business but I’m guessing there is a lot of rules and paperwork involved. With most any business, there is risk so the question is, which business poses the least amount of risk? Best of luck!
Will be visiting Giove in October/November 2023. I look forward to seeing the progress you have made toward realizing your dreams!

Thank you watching. Surprisingly less expensive than you would expect.
@@ourlittlejupitergioveumbri1162 Yes. Which is why I’m planning to visit Italy next month to look at houses. Hopefully, I won’t die from the heat.
