I like the free nature of her uncles❤ seems they already knew... who gonna be her husband 😂 cheering cup of wine with joy of completion of her dream.. that was amazing😊

This show had lots of problems, but this is one scene that showed the potential of the show. The comedy of rationalizing the generations, DongWa Di Jun actions showing just how old and in command he is. The use of the dad from Ten Mile to show some kind of continuity. Too bad it got bogged down in three lives storyline. Still I can always come back to this scene if no other in the show.

But when they were filming the other version Eternal Love they didn't have the rights or something to use the storyline so they had to change it for Eternal Love. The stories are essentially the same, just swapping who is the lead romance

I tend to act as objective as possible and she has striken me for her Talent and Skills. I watched her entirely in this CDrama, in "Ten Miles of Peach Blossom(s)" and I watched some bits of: "The Long Ballad"... the least I can say about her is that she is "wooden" ! ...and I'm not talking about "appearance". Her Character demands she acted like this in the Scene. You could try to watch the entire Drama to see through the context, I guess. I'm not exactly a "Fan" either although I like various Chinese Actors' Works in Custome Dramas.
I love this scene because everyone finds out she is now the Empress and are shocked - and he acts so loving and gentle to her - it's adorable 🥰
Comes in carrying his sword like a baby . Everyone was in awe at how he was wiping her forehead like a sweet husband 😊
