Those are the kind of soups I love, love, love. Hearty, soupy, meaty and filled with noodles. And you were not kidding when you said that was a swimming size pan, that thing is huge!

I've binge watching mark Weins marathon a lot just because I loves to looking at those delicious viet foods and Thai foods.I've tried Thai foods in the us many times and I loved how they marinated their food!Its kinda funny cause one of mark video he said he loves viet foods and he's Thai.And I'm a vietnamese and I loves any other asian foods than my viet foods!

I think a show picked up this store's famous beef stew (Great Big Story). You said it looks like soup been going for decades. The show said soup being cooking for over 45 years, 3 generations! 😎😎😎
I grew up eating this soup, Vietnamese Pho is the closest I can get since most Thai places in the USA don't serve this. Luckily I go to Thailand alot, keep posting these videos, I can smell it from here.

Just finished both the beef and the goat. Super delicious. The goat is heavy on the cilantro though. But all in all glad I finally had the chance to try it out
