It is not true. I have seen him since the world cup. He was equivalent of Ataa ur Rehman But not as good as you say. Board supported him but he was finished . Moreover there were many good bowlers than he was, all to replace him like Muhammad Akram, Ata ur Rehman, M Zahid and the in late 90s Shuaib Akhter , Shabeer and Razzaq came and prevailed over the sky of cricket as black clouds do.
