The new homes are great inside but still very expensive Let’s just say I was going to buy this house First thing is putting a steel roof on it that’s silver to reflect heat Asphalt shingles don’t last 10 years in Florida if a dark color I learned that with my first house that was new It had a charcoal color roof with a 30 yr warranty Only lasted 6 years and I replaced it myself with a white asphalt roof and it’s still on the house 21 years later
Nice home... if you buy a house in a forest area like this make sure you have enough defensible space between your house and the woods ! Florida Wildfires are no joke!

This time next year, it'll probably be $400,000. 2,000 for insurance, yeah right. I was paying more than that 7 years ago for a similar home little more than an hour away.

Also, how does Beverly hills compare to Ocala as far as hurricanes are concerned. It seems like it's a lot closer to the coast than Ocala. Looking forward to hearing from you. Mr.C
Hi Mr. C! I’m glad you enjoyed the home and the tour. In my opinion the Beverly Hills area is very clean and much bigger lot sizes. Meaning more privacy. But the caveat is there’s you’re a little bit further away from the city. It is slightly closer to the coast but it’s much more north of where hurricanes typically hit Florida. So it tends to be safer and lower insurance rates
Way to high With 2.5 acres maybe You all kill me with your new homes Nobody wants a HOA And why are you using dark roofs This is Florida White or silver or tile roofs should be your choice Not dark grey or black
