Lmao that mourning dove looked like a sailboat!
Water - the most precious thing for everyone!
💚
This year (2019) the US had the cleanest water throughout the country that its ever had since it started testing in the 50s. Fact.
Alessia Gentile right next to good, clean air🤗
@@greenleavesofsummer9673 Exactly - Water is second to air.
@@Forevertrue Well that's about to be over because Drumpf just dumped the clean water act. www.nytimes.com/2019/09/12/climate/trump-administration-rolls-back-clean-water-protections.html
Everybody should do this in the backyard...
Absolutely. It is also fun.
YES i DO..
Yes I need it now 😍
I don't have a garden, I have a balcony, I put a branch up to hold food, especially in the winter, me and the cat love to watch them feed 🐈🐦
need to asap.. now i realised that feeding them is not enough😇
I love the immediate cut between the starlings splashing around and the goldfinches drinking so serenely!
I did too and thanks for sharing their names 🙂 btw what's the bird at 4:20..
@@1hunnidpercent Going by the bird species listed in the description of the video, it's probably the white-crowned sparrow.
@@1hunnidpercent It's a white-crowned sparrow.
I agree very good editing
I have a Bird bath look🦅
The splash fight at 3:24 tho!! Had me dying over here. They are just like me and my friends in the pool.😂😂😂😂
Madrenna Griffith 🤣🤣🤣
Well, that other bird WAS waiting a LOOOONG time. And was patient. Then the 3rd teeny bird came and the patient bird was like, "Oh, no no no no...I AM NOT waiting anymore and the 1st bird jumped on the ledge for like 1/2 a second and the patient guy gets in and the first SOAKING wet bird I MIGHT add... jumps back in. That was craziness. Kinda like..."I was gonna get out till I saw how bad you wanted to get it." HEHEHE
One of my favorite things is to watch birds bathing. This is a busy bath !
Dirty one too!
it is now for me too
I have a Bird bath look😘
Little sweet dove holding his wing up
Superb footage, excellent audio / visual quality, bravo!
The tightly focused scene, the silence of NO MUSIC (yay!!), clarity of visuals and sound, all make excellent viewinig. The birds were so entertaining, they are natural drama queens. I really enjoyed this video. Very well done!
Well said!
The liquid of life for everyone. Enjoyed this video. The doves have a very unique way of bathing.
Yep they'll just do the underarms once a year whether they need it or not. Lol
Every birdie needs water .... 😊 The owls come to the bird bath at night so I keep it clean and full .
Thank you.
@@inspector_vavxd9822 Maybe they will let you do it! Maybe it will attract some lovely birds! Maybe seed too!
I wish I had owls coming to the bird bath... Not yet.
But where is it ? I'm watching you from Switzerland
San Francisco Bay Area (written in description)
The mourning dove was the cutest, sunbathing and water bathing at the same time
This cured my depression.
Yogeshwar C B same here ☺️
Some people miss the conection to nature, to peace of living that's why we have forms of depression
Teresa Fonseca you are 💯 right. As a single parent for the past 12 years I have dedicated my whole life and attention to my two daughters but now they are teenagers they no longer need me in their life. I have become a nobody to them and I am crying everyday of loneliness and the thought of never having focused on myself. Today I sit all alone at the age of 49 and think it’s either God gives me some sort of peace or take my life and give it to someone more deserving. Anyone reading this, please pay attention to yourself no matter what because you are worth much more than you think. Everyone else will come and go in your life, including your own child or loved ones. Anyway watching videos like this, at the least gives me some sense of peace.
@@seethanagarajah Don't worry everything will be alright, it's the teen age is what making them to behave like that they will realize how important you are once they cross that age. Right now just bare with them keep doing what are you doing just speak to them openly take them out once a week and keep them happy and im sure they will care for you in no time.
Yogeshwar C B thanks so very much for your concern and advice, Yes I am doing all that you mentioned. I can only pray someday they will understand my love for them.... thank you and God bless you dear 🙏🏻
You can never have enough of these cuties
Love the birds, especially the bluebirds. Love the squirrels. And I love the calico cat!
Watching this makes me want to get a bird bath on my deck...
Do it ;)
Go ahead and do it. But beware of the "You Can't Do That Committee". Tell them to go piss up a rope and take care of your birds. That's what I do. One good thing, they won't bother you much during football season. You'll hardly ever see any of them.
I have a Bird bath look😊
It's interesting how they examine the water and taste it to make sure it's clean water. And I love how the younger birds look more cautious due to their size not to drown.
Aww yay the pigeon is doing that “I’m having a rain shower” thing. So cute
Thank you for this beautiful film. It was so soothing and at times humorous! What splendid creatures, one and all.
Love this, we have a bowl we put out as a bird bath and enjoy watching California Scrub Jays in it
I do the same, hope you enjoy ruclips.net/video/bVawo-KB7LY/видео.html
I really enjoyed this. It takes too long to see the animals sometimes, so lately, been loving these vids that show the animals and cut out the rest. I loved the credits at the end. Super cute!
It is so nice to see... a lot of animals. And wonderful birds! Thank you!
God provides the best and most peaceful of entertainment. Who needs movies? We just need a stealth camera to capture the sounds, beauty, the life of nature. Thank you for sharing this with us. God bless you.🐦🐿
I was amazed to learn that some parent birds transport water to their babies via their belly feathers. Now, when I see birds visiting a birdbath, I wonder if this is what they are doing. Nature is just wonderful. Thank you for posting this clip, it’s so nice to see the different kinds of birds you have in both your country and location. Much appreciated. Regards, Eve 🐿 p.s My father had several bird baths, and he was always sure to fill them up as needed. As he got older he couldn’t walk around to do this anymore, so on the one he watched from the window and deck we set up a little tap for him. We ran a hose from the side faucet up to his deck railing, and added a tap lever. This then ran all the way to the big birdbath so he could refill it whenever he needed to. It was such a great idea and in the hot Australian bush land summers, became a popular stopping place for all sorts of wildlife.
The most relaxing thing I’ve watched in ages.
That mourning dove was vibing! I love those guys, we get families of them in our backyard.
Why do they do that? Are they just showing off their beautiful under feathers or is the a reason?
What is the deal with the Doves raising their wings. Here in Texas we have Doves everywhere and they do the exact same thing. It's quite entertaining.
Looked it up - apparently they do that instinctively to keep themselves stretched like humans do. They do it daily.
They know how to do simple exercises. Stretching is important to loosen the joints. No need for physical therapist.
It also could be a way to cool themselves down faster.
2 reasons.
To cool down their blood. Same way elephants use their large ears.
Birds have lice - big fat ugly blood suckers. Sunlight disturbs the lice activity.
Cooling off maybe? a bird's temperature is about 105 degrees???? not sure?
A busy oasis, very beautiful to behold, many thanks for the pleasure.🐦🐤🕊🐿🐈
“Oh, just stopping by the Planet Fitness for a shower.”🤣
I love the starlings having a 'wash off' absolutely beautiful video but do watch out for the cats....
Andrea Paul
Starlings are an introduced species in the U.S. and have had a deleterious effect on numerous species-especially woodpeckers and swallows, and other various cavity nesters.
@@maryrosekent8223 Yes I'm aware of that but that doesn't mean that there isn't a place in the world for every species.... Here in England you hardly see birds such as starlings and sparrows because they are killed by larger birds such as crows, raven, magpies and now seagulls.... Its nature, certain species fly to where they can survive and reproduce better
I thought i saw a tweety bird, i did,i did saw a tweety bird🐱
Brandon, what. Great job!!!!
@@andreapaul9832 I'm in England and there are lots of starlings where I live. I feed the birds every day and I probably can see at least 30 all at one time
4:35 Wow, beautiful bluebird. I’ve never seen them where I live.
We need to protect our planet!! Thanks for the video!!!
7:14 Dove stops bathing and climbs out of the birdbath when a starling flies up
"Ex-CUSE me, I'm taking a BATH, do you MIND?"
Don’t forget to wash behind the ears and wipe your feets.
Seriously...🤦♂️
I’m joking. Chill
Lol 🤣
Cuteeeeeee :D

How could anyone dislike this video? It's simply wonderful, thank you for posting 💗
Makes you realise just how much they need a place like this. Every garden should have at least one bath . Very entertaining to watch.
Love the birds too, my bird bath gets alot of birds seems they come as much for the water as the food, their such a joy.
Yes, only birdbath is not enough. I observed that with bird feeders near by more birds come to birdbath as well.
So cute how some of the birds are timid and careful about their bathing, and some just get right in there and get to it! Was a joy to watch- thank you. :)
Love this busy birth bath with full description of all participants
Many kinds of birds take bath here.wonderful bath basin !

I love the birdbath video, all the birds & a squirrel tippy toes for a sip of water. It’s very calming. They seem happy in the bath. Thank you 4 sharing
Tak niewiele wysiłku,a korzyści i radości niewyobrażalnie dużo😀
Those birds were having a good time, it must have been a warm day. Sweet!
Really nicely done! Great idea, you have a lot of cool visitors!
Mourning dove washing his armpit was great! Blue bird is so pretty!! 💙

The blue bird in this clip is actually a California Scrub-Jay, not one of the three Bluebirds found in the U.S.-all of which are gorgeous!
* Eastern Bluebird: upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/9/9b/Eastern_Bluebird-27527-2.jpg
* Western Bluebird: www.nps.gov/band/learn/nature/images/western-bluebirdl.jpg
* Mountain Bluebird: leerentz.files.wordpress.com/2010/06/mountain_bluebird-257.jpg
There are a lot more birds that are blue or have some blue in their coloration, but these are the three American Bluebirds.
Mary Rose Kent 💙,
Great info ! Appreciated the links. They are so beautiful.
Thank you...

You’re quite welcome, Colleen. I’m a bit obsessive about birds. 😁
Mary Rose Kent , ☺️
I love them, too. One of my earliest treasured memories is seeing an Indigo Bunting with my Grandmother. 💙

Ooh la la! Where was that?
Oh what a delight to find this video in the first place, and watching these little creatures enjoying themselves.
I've just moved to a flat, and I had a similar birdbath at my house - just a bit deeper - and watching the squirrels and birds using it always gave me the deepest sense of pleasure.
you lifted up my weary lips in a smile, many thanks!
How beautiful your birds and the squirrels drinking waterand breathing them self in every corner it should be at bird bath oh God how beautiful ! I love it God bless you for this beautiful beautiful videos thank you!❤️🇵🇷😇
Как мило! И интересно наблюдать, кто только не приходит!
3:28 this entire footage is absolutely precious, but i especially love how some bird species are more competitive with their rivals and rather than a mutual sharing of the water bath, it's an opportunity for males to compete for dominance. love that you provided this for us to enjoy :)
hope you love watching this birds bathing and splashing water video ruclips.net/video/bVawo-KB7LY/видео.html

What a delight to see all these different birds and mammals! Thanks for posting!
Looks like this is where the elite like to meet.❤️
This is awesome! My cat watched too!
Thank you for this, I found this very interesting, watching all the birds have baths. Nature at its finest. Love it.
Birds bathing n drinking water very nice watching them
I know I'm getting one myself immediately!! 👌👌
I try and look for smooth, white bird baths, because
that makes it much easier to tell if the water is dirty.
Dark colors and mosaics are the worst for seeing dirt.
Birds are the only creatures that will see these designs
and I doubt they care about the design inside the BB.
The crevices around an interior design inside a bowl
are also the most likely place for mold to begin growing and
these crevices also make it much harder to clean the bowl.
(If you don't care about dirty water it doesn't matter.)
I also keep a tightly wound handle strainer hung-up near the bird bath
and use that to clean very minute debris and birdcrap out of the birdbath
between changes of the water. (I buy 3 or 4 at a time at the dollar store)
I change the water at least once a day. Some species of birds like doves
and sparrows will crap in the water on a regular basis. I try and remove
it while it is still fresh and intact.
I went to a Lowes to buy a birdbath recently and I was very surprised
to see that most of them were designed very poorly in my opinion.
But I guess a lot of people buying their first birdbaths are novices
who are more impressed by aesthetics than the utility of the design(?)
I never use my clay/pottery/cement bird baths in the winter. The constant
pressure on the sides from freezing ice at night and thawing during daylight
will cause these bird baths to disintegrate much sooner than they should.
I'm only aware of this because it happened to a neighbor of mine.
I use a heated, white, plastic bird birdbath in the winter but I don't fill it up
too high because the water on the lip will freeze. I thought the heater had
stopped working until realized I was filling it too high. I try and remember
to turn it off and empty it at night to save energy but sometimes I forget to do this.
But I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia and people in warmer climates
probably don't have to worry about this.

I LOVE white-crowned sparrows. They look like they're wearing a black and white striped bicycle helmet lol.
What a beautiful sight to behold, some bathe and so e drink, not one fight, nothing, but respect for everyone's need.

Lindo esse vídeo. Deus abençoe por cuidar dessas criaturinhas maravilhosas. Deus te recomendará com bençãos
Calming and well shot video!
I do have two questions though:
1: Why do you have a rock in the bird bath?
2: Why does the dove stretch(?) one wing at a time?
1. In according to recommendations how to attract birds to the birdbath (you can find them on internet), a rock helps birds to estimate the depth of water. As far as I could see, yes, they are less afraid to get into the water from the rock. Later, the rock can be removed.
2. Like cormorants they clean and dry their wings (google it). Why one - what I observed they select the angle when maximum sun is on the wing. With two wings, it would be impossible.
I add a rock/perch for the timid ones & slant the bath slightly for a “shallow” end.
need to hang a towel
A rock also helps insects and prevents them from drowning.
Nice video the world needs more people like you. 👍thank you 😊
The easy n simplest way to invite all species of birds to your house.
Very satisfying to watch.
Thank you 4 the video. 🐦
Install the simplest bird feeder and birdbath, and you will be having many birds in a matter of days.
How can someone thumbs down to the birdbath? It sounds like a devil people.

Allah - Allah... what is the mean of that... this sounds is the sounds of devil people... how that...???
Devil people are listening to the such sounds'... Where from do you know...???
Maybe have you a connection with them... and did you tested them...???
By accident probably. I have done it without initially realizing it many times.
@bookmarkthis - are you a Muslim,now I giving the question to you...???
No,my dear,I am not satanist,I am not catholic,I am not a christian... I am believing only to Allah - Allah is the biggest and Allah is one - I am a real Muslim - Shukur Allaha...!!!

It needed to be cleaned anyway
