    I love my blowers. All 18 volt. Got a small one for the car, a big one for the garden, and the vacuum blower to suck up the leaves.

      You're in a really good position with that! Of course, I don't see any need to switch to a different system. The 18V system is more than sufficient if you have enough power :)

    Try the 18v again without the nozzle extension's. It reduces the tube size which reduces cfm dramatically.

      What is cfm? Is therefore better without nozzle extensions?

    Hi! Thanks for all the great contents on your channel.... Could you tell me, how does the 18v DUB184 handle wet leaves? You mention it on the other two models but not on the 18v one (I think!). Really interested to hear!

    • @TechIllusion-EN
      @TechIllusion-EN  3 месяца назад +1

      @nataliepeacock3993 Hello, thank you very much for the comment and the praise! I'm very pleased to hear that you like my videos 😊👍🏼
      The DUB184 (single 18V) is the weakest of the three. Accordingly, it takes much longer to clear wet leaves.
      Damp leaves tend to stick and are therefore much more difficult to remove.
      Although the appliance has sufficient power, you need to allow a little more time for wet leaves. :)

    How is the battery life over all ?

    • @TechIllusion-EN
      @TechIllusion-EN  6 месяцев назад

      @hanscattini468 I should have mentioned the battery life in the video.
      The 40V device is the most power-hungry, followed by the 36V device. Last is the 18V device. 😊

    I've already got 18v battery powered Makita tools so I wouldn't get the 40v blower. A new battery and charger would cost me as much as the blower itself so not an option! Also having different not interchangeable batteries for my other tools would be annoying

    • @TechIllusion-EN
      @TechIllusion-EN  3 месяца назад

      @OldbeanO Many thanks for the feedback!
      Yes, I can understand that. Many people are of this opinion as they already own a number of batteries from another system.

    Surely it's just a case of 40v is better than 36v is better than 18v?

      Thanks for the feedback!
      I think if you only look at the performance, the whole thing is true.
      However, this is not the only point on which you should base your decision. There are other different factors and features that should be taken into account. I have also addressed this in the video. 😊💪🏽

    Anyone else sit thru this whole video waiting for the comparison on run time only to find it’s not mentioned 😭

      @johnpujol9313 Thank you very much for the feedback and the suggestion for improvement!
      I will implement it in the next video.
      As for the battery life, I can say that the 40V device lasts the shortest because it has the most power.
      The DUB362 and DUB182 are very close to each other, but have slightly less power!

    Mind, the price is also a major criterion, isn't it??!!

    • @TechIllusion-EN
      @TechIllusion-EN  2 месяца назад

      @jlm897 No question about it! The price is a very decisive factor in the purchase decision!
      In my videos, however, I always refer to the links in the video description, as prices can change very quickly.
      If I present the device shortly after it has appeared on the market, it is usually very expensive.
      After a while, it is then just as expensive as the other models. That's why I don't want to immortalize the price in my videos... :)

    Jesus Christ that AI or whatever voiceover is so terrible I had to click away.

    • @TechIllusion-EN
      @TechIllusion-EN  7 месяцев назад +2

      @zoobiewa I can understand that you'd think it was an AI voice. I can promise that neither the voice nor the script is from an AI.
      There is a real person behind the professional radio voice!
      An AI voice is not yet capable of producing such complicated voice-overs. This would be immediately noticeable in difficult passages. I've tested this myself several times... 😊👍🏼
