So happy to see you back! You know we LIVE for your travel vlogs! But I also understand enjoying/living in the moment, so I appreciate the clips that we did get! Look at that collar bone peaking through, get it girl! Lol
Filming this might have lit the fire under me a bit, we really did have a great time on the trip. Re: emotional eating being soothing and toxic, girl! Some days I win the fight, and other times I don't, but I'm determined to keep going. Thanks for commenting! :-)
Much love, I appreciate that :-) Definitely have some work to do, but I'm making a lot of progress. Thinking I might do some more talk and style videos.
Hey lady, Those travel pics look amazing! It is so good to see a video from you. I'm glad that you are dedicated to taking control of your health. I am routing for you and wish you the best!
Thank you, I go to N'Bushe Salon in Brewerytown. Very knowlegeable, focused on the health of your hair, and almost all the stylists have locs as well. Nafeesah, the owner, is who does my hair. Her daughter Shade' has done my hair as well.
yes life can definitely make you take a pause lol you are such a positive inspiration. I love that you show us the beautiful places you travel to and I wish you the best on your journey. congrats on the weight loss as well😊...oh, where oh where oh where is 😼?
Right!? Whew, I'm just happy things have settled down a bit. Thank you for the love :-) Izzy was milling around, bumped the tripod several times lol. She stays in the mix.
Hey there! I only wash my hair every 2-3 weeks. I know a lot of people are concerned about what chlorine can do to locs. I haven't had any adverse effects with it though. Two tips I think are helpful: 1 - Investing in a cap that can keep your hair relatively dry (I like Dreadscapes.) 2 - Making sure your hair is properly moisturized in advance so that it doesn't have as much "room" to absorb more water when you enter pool.

I sooo feel you on the emotional eating tip. It's so soothing yet so toxic at the same time. Glad you touched on that 💕
