It would be nice to know the cause of the blaze. At least the firemen could knock down the fire pretty fast, so as the car dealer is gone, the adjacent tyre service is saved.
The building was already a total loss using foam would have increased the cost of fighting the blaze, it was a basic surround and drown and protect exposures job.
From what I understand it was the dealership's service center, not the dealership itself.
Excellent video. Shows the story from multiple angles and leaves it open for narrative.
Many thanks!
Wow that was a major fire! Multiple departments were there too! Great video!
Thanks!
Trouble affording the bank payments when there's little inventory to move?

Dawn over linden NJ
I was walking to school when I saw that
All those poor VW's.
Wow what happened
Could have been an insurance job...
It may surprise you but all fires aren't "insurance jobs."
Why don't they just foam it.....
And where are you gonna get all that foam for a large commercial fire with multiple exposures?
Also, it was a structural fire that started self venting very rapidly, too large of an area for foam suppression.

Foam is not a magic solution, it’s only useful on burning liquids.
Another keyboard professional firefighter that thinks foam and deck guns should be ramming before anyone has even exited the truck. Oh the humanity.
