I was just looking for a cover of this song. But... all the covers found have been made in heavy-metal style... I understand that covering song is the performer expression... But these "heavymetal" tricks totally ruined the song.. I found some really good covers, but with the tone lost.... This tone of a lead guitar... In 1994 this solo tone had been representing the 90s tone.... But now it seems to be quite unique even for 90s... Cold and grey... metallic but not heavy, like a metal sound and not a metal itself. I found it finally. Thank you for your cover.

I have a question : for the intro (clean sound, open chords), how do you get this sound : chorus ?
Weirdly, if I try to play above the original song, i feel off tune for these 4 first chords. I want to understand why ! (I'm in tune with my guitar).

You can get a nice clean sound by using chorus,Hall Rev.
The second question I didn't understand.
Are you using capo?

Here’s the explanation I have for it as it happened to me. I think back when they mixed this in ‘94-‘95, they might’ve unintentionally lowered its pitch by a few semitones. What I would do is tune all your strings ever so slightly down until you’ve corrected your pitch :)
