Simple line, really good for working on consistency and string skipping, specially from C to G (3 A string to 3 E string). I'm using a barre tipe of left hand fingering so i don't have to jump from one string to another and use just one finger, placing the joint of the finger for C and the tip for G. I encourage you to try to apply this technique. It will be useful for better control of your hand position. Song is in E Minor (Relative to G). The same progression is repeated throughout the whole song. The parenthesis anotations correspond to other tensions that i heard, which are created by open strings on the guitar (mostly E and B):

Thank you for this cover. The small variations with the sixteenth notes : I don't hear them all in the original song. It sounds good in your cover but it's difficult to remember when they should be played in place of eighths... OK in the last part it's easy but for the rest of the song, I just tplay sixteenth when I feel it :-)

I don't even play/own a bass (alas, my hands are so tiny) - even tho it has always been my favourite musical instrument - but my boyfriend just bought one and I tried to play this song and I succeded in no time. It's so simple but so beautiful and effective! I'm sorry that many people think that a bass line has to be virtuous to be cool. I mean, this one is quite cool imho. Thank you for all of your videos!
