Hey Mike, I'm a soon to be 43 yo male, used to be a daily(ish) gym goer before COVID and lockdown, since then all my years of work pretty much fell off, Ive lost over a stone of muscle and I'm really trying to get back into it but can only really manage a few hourly sessions a week. With hard work and the right diet do you think I could still build my muscle and body definition back and what sort of rough timescale should I be aiming for?
I'm an experienced lifter and hit the gym twice a week for about 1.5 hours and am still seeing progress. Do what you can something is always better than nothing!

Yep, you definitely can still build muscle provided that you train and diet right. Should see good progress in your first year.
Question: What if my test is sub optimal like 400ng/dl... Will it affect my ability to grow muscle like someone who has 600-900 ng/dl levels?
