  • In part 2, we put the dryer to the test. Can it dry out nylon soaked in a bucket of water for 2 days? What settings work the best? What issues were run onto?

    Awesome job! Looking forward to seeing the doc to build one of these myself. It gets a lot more humid here in Florida than good ole KY.

    what about drawing a partial vacuum to lower the ""boiling point"" of the water?

      Max Bainrot increased complexity for sure but an interesting thought. My goal here was to make something that anyone could make pretty easily.
      Does make me wonder if you could pull a vacuum, what happens to the water in the sealed atmosphere? Normally you’d want bribe vent that out of the chamber, but it’s sealed. Interesting! :)
      It would probably also eliminate the option to pull filament directly from the chamber as you print.
      Still would be an awesome experiment if you could pull it off!
