    If you aren’t seeing the “Get Started” button go to “Overview” instead of “Settings”. Once the “Overview” tab is click go to “Set Up Conversions API” then select “Set Up Manually” and click next. That will lead you to the “Manual Implementation Overview” which will put you where he is in the video at 3:42 sec.

    Hi, The GET STARTED under the Set up manually for the Existing Conversion API Gateways is no longer there on META. Not sure how to get to the menu process that is in this great video now.

    I created automation triggers to connect to API but when I'm testing, I don't see that any of the events I assigned to the triggers sign up in the Facebook Events Manager. I'm using pixel and conversions API at the same time. Pixel events show up but conversions API events do not.

    thank you so much for the video! I'm running a sales campaign using Facebook Ads, and I currently have both the Conversions API and the Pixel set up. I noticed that the "Automatic Website Matching" feature is turned off. Should I consider turning it on? What are the benefits of having it enabled, especially in terms of tracking accuracy and ad performance?

    Great video.
    Question on running FB tracking on funnels with multiple steps/purchases.
    If you have Main product you are selling + order bump up + Upsell 1 + Downsell 1 + Upsell 2 + Downsell 2.
    What FB events are you installing on each page to trigger the purchase quantity + purchase $ value on each step?
    If you have someone that purchases the main product + order bump + Upsell 1 + Upsell 2.
    I could install Purchase event on all the upsell/downsell pages but then it would shot up as 5 purchases if someone purchased all of them.
    Any way to have it track/report as 1 purchase with total $ value purchased?
    Or is there a way to track each upsell/downsell as a seperate purchase or at least have main item + bump up as 1 purchase and and all upsells/downsell as one purchase with the total $ value purhchased.
    Want to hear some thoughts!

      You can do as offline events, but only track one sale in purchase event

    Hey Nuno, Great video. Yesterday I did the Facebook Conversions IPA workflow and I got a lead but it appears duplicated because I also have the Meta Pixel, what can I do to avoid that?

      So if your using a Facebook lead form you technically don’t need a meta pixel Becuase there is no site to monitor

      custom conversions are more for the pixel events, the old way of doing conversition tracking. You can also create custom conversion events for CAPI

    Thanks for the helpful video, Question: Since we run different campaigns for each niche were in, do we need to make a new separate pixel with events setup in the funnel for each one? example: plumbing funnel, roofing funnel, etc. ? Also for conversion api - setup manually doesn't exist anymore.

      Putting me on the spot here @@nourishnflourishnow 😅 If I remember correctly, where he is at 3:05 in the video you want to go to the "Overview" tab and scroll down a bit (or quite far) and it should be around there somewhere. I think you also need something from the "Settings" tab too.

      For really great tracking I would do a tiktok funnel and a Facebook funnel, same with the automations

    On the the 'review set' up page it doesnt allow me to continue it just says 'confirm setup' however I click on it and it doesnt do anything and it wont allow me to move on to 'see instructions'

      Did you have all green checkboxes? On the Capi Setup, go back to the top left and make sure they are all green

      yes, if you go back in the video you see a value area in the autoamtions and you should not do an order bumo tracking other then to add to audiences. It sometimes leads to double reporting

    Thanks for this video! It's fantastic, I have subscribed and will only come here for help. I am stuck here: I have a pixel set up correctly and the lead is set up with the conversion api, but i don't know how to set up the others with conversion API also. I have the automations set up in GHL, and in event manager it shows that the lead is tracked succefully through the server. So I know I'm doing something right. lol. I have screen shots. Please help! ;)

      Yes, you have to put the plain pixel code *Not the conversion code* on the webpages, the covnersion is all done through conversion API

Asking because I saw Lead events (contact created w/ a certain custom field value, form completion) successfully come through in the Events Manager without pasting any pixel code.     Lead event has been removed.... I'm guessing that's why my conversion rate dropped by 500% starting on 10-19... I only discovered this when I decided to start a new account today, because nothing was fixing my conversion issue. Did this happen to you also?

      That's not a stupid question at all! Setting up the Facebook Pixel on the thank you page URL is a common approach, but the reason it might not have been done in the video could be due to the specific tracking goal or setup. Typically, the Facebook Pixel is added to the conversion page (like a thank you or confirmation page) to track events such as form submissions or completed purchases, which measure actual conversions. In the video, the creator might have been focused on tracking key actions earlier in the funnel, such as a form submission or click, rather than just page visits. However, if you want to track visits specifically to the thank you page, you can absolutely set up the Pixel there as well to capture those page visits. Both methods are valid, but they track different types of data depending on your campaign's goal.

    Just so I fully understand, you aren't using the event tool for the pixel at all? Like when someone clicks the phone number or fills out a contact form and you label them a lead. Everything is covered using Conversion API.

      No pixel id needed for face form ads meaning the form is on Facebook you use the pixel only when you go to. Website/funnel page
