Just got my Ayaka to triple crowned and with a new outfit, I just love her so much. I've had her since her first run and been running Venti, Xinqiu and Diona with her fot a long while
But now I have Shenhe so i can update it to a solid Kazuha, Kokomi, Shenhe and Ayaka. I'm really excited to use her in mono cryo as well as free now
Just got Ayaka. I like her character design. She is the typical waifu who has just the right height, not tall, not short. She wielding a sword definitely suits her best. Her Q does quite a lot of instances of damage but for some reason, her Q applies electro.
That's strange. Mine is pretty tall, and her Q applies anemo.

could had been better if he's using ayaka's skill before ulting but probably just forgotten about it lol. R5 amenoma passive is useful if you can utilize it properly.
For c0 ayaka kokomi is better, but if your ayaka is c6 with shenhe, mona is better.
but mona’s boost is so good it’s worth it

nice work on the guide! i also want to mention that i think nilou is a viable (although not necessarily optimal, if playing for meta) hydro slot in ayaka freeze. i use her with ayaka and her hydro ring aura has minimal downtime and keeps enemies frozen for an impressively long while!
the only problem i'd say i have with nilou as my hydro option is that the hydro ring stance does take a few taps of her skill to actually proc, which is like a 1-2 second delay in my rotation for abyss which isn't that big of a deal? it can get annoying though as shes vulnerable during this time and sometimes get interrupted in middle of me spamming her skill. but other than this i think she's viable if you don't have kokomi/mona and don't want to use barbara :D
@@miaosatyouyeah nilou is better than barbara, but it takes a few second to summon the hydro ring.. not to mention nilou cant heal like barbara so you probably need diona as cryo mini heal
@@Moon-hp3nm yup! i use diona for heals and shielding for my freeze comp (+ the cryo resonance buff) and she works like a charm

Venti is especially good because of his passive and r5 amenoma effectively reduces ayaka burst cost down to 29
15:00 20 (dash cost) - 10 (stamina refund) = 10. there's still 10 stamina cost to dash cancel which can accumulate and prevent dashing in important moments. I think its good to dash cancel every other charged attack or to just use jump cancel. But, it will be the player's preference in the end.

Great guide, i would suggest letting people know what artifacts the other characters on the team should be equipped with as well, just so everyone isnt building 4 main dps characters.
I find Mona with prototype Amber allows Ayaka to do around 10% more dmg compared to Kokomi with TotM + TTDS and the rotations don't have to be as strict. Can use TTDS on Mona as well and squeeze out even more, but you will need like 250+ ER.
Its crazy how big of a difference the damage is when having mistplitter instead of amenoma

I don't know about you but I currently use ayato while using ayaka as my hydro applyer. Since his burst has a pretty big aoe it gives me a little bit more room to work with. I'm sad you didn't mention him
I think it’s bc the Ayato is too valuable as a DPS himself to just be used for solely hydro application. He also doesn’t have attack buffs he can give to her like dedicated support characters as Mona and Kokomi could

I will say. Ayaka was one character I spent a LOT of time working on the style I liked and what numbers looked like. Before Shenhe came out. I have two builds for her. One four piece blizzard and the one I like the most four piece shimenawa. Don’t knock till you try it lol. Her burst can still be used on shimenawa but her charged atks is the bread and butter.

I accidentally pulled Ayaka, I just needed to build Starglitter to purchase Xinqui for me to C6. I thought this Ayaka was a waste but never thought she had free to play option builds. Now I will build her thanks for the guide.
Thanks for this guide! I lost 50/50 to Mona then almost went to hard pity for her, but I finally saved up enough and got her on my birthday.
I'm using Amenoma and need to refine it, as well as do a lot of artifact farming because her damage is bad; I have almost no crit substats. Here's to hoping eventually I'll get lucky with artifacts, but in the meantime I'll work on upgrading talents and the other team members I'll be using.
Will try desperately to get Kazuha when he reruns even though it's a long shot.

The only character I don't regret getting. She carried me from AR30 to 60 helping me 36 star the abyss with ease. My advice pull for her!!!
My friend had me clear his Abyss today, and he didn’t have Shenhe for his Ayaka. I used his Ganyu as a Noblesse support and it’s easy. Ayaka works with so many characters due to just being such a strong solo damage dealer and her high particle generation, so use her how you want.
My friend had C1 Ganyu, so her Frostflake Arrow shreds Cryo Res alongside her A4 increasing the Cryo Damage of characters inside Ganyu’s burst. Basically Shenhe without passing a Burst/Skill damage bonus
I was gonna skip Ayaka but changed my mind after playing her story quest. The general cuteness and fancy dance at the end were pretty convincing XD

I use my Ayaka with Haran R2 and 2pc Blizz/2pc Glad and it’s just perfect. 71cr and 216cdmg. That’s perfect against bosses, since you can’t freeze them to get the 40% cr from the 4pc Blizz.

Edit: from personal experience, Fridge Ayaka (SanestTC) is quite hard to play, even with C2.
