@@sarahrochester2561 thanks and yeah it’s nice during the winter for sure, summer time I don’t bother and usually fish from a day shelter for ease but it’s different when there is 2 of your…thanks for your continued support 🤙
@@NeiWheater thanks mate and I’m a carp angler myself but am really enjoying this style of fishing and you never know there could be a river carp out there somewhere 🤙
Great vides mate, little tip use a float stop above your lead or feeder about 2ft away, it will stop all the leave gathering around the lead and moving it
@@eastcoastsurfer I get it with the lead but with a feeder I've always found a short 6" hook link and well packed cage the bait creeps out around the shorter hook link😏
@eastcoastsurfer scenario. Long Hook link lands in front of the feeder the flow's going left say so I'm guessing the baits moving away from the hook link that's 30inches in front. Just my thought's. PS nice catch in them conditions 😊
@@ryanparkinson8613 best of luck to you mate,I’m here again now and the river is flowing more than last week,I’m on 6oz leads but there only holding close in 🤙

@@PaulMcIntyre-z8p thanks mate and il order some now 🤙
Must stop meeting like this 😂. Why such a long hook link ?
@@waynewigger9904 haha yeah and it’s just what I’ve seen everyone else using and think it lays the bait away from the lead as concealment 🤙
@@eastcoastsurfer I get it with the lead but with a feeder I've always found a short 6" hook link and well packed cage the bait creeps out around the shorter hook link😏
@ I think it’s more to do with the flow of the river ?? I’m not totally sure myself tbh I’m just going with other vids and people’s set ups I’ve seen
