    **How to do body recomposition?**
    Body recomposition is an approach where you’ll push the body to use stored fat for energy while building some muscle at the same time. And if you have been training for just 6 months to 1 year, basically if you’re a beginner, even an intermediate, or have recently returned after a long break, each one of you can attempt body recomposition. The only thing that’s common in ever situation is some amount of body fat.
    Steps for body recomposition -
    Losing Fat
    For this you need a calorie deficit so that body utilizes stored fat for energy. However, the deficit shouldn’t be so extreme that your body starts using muscle tissue for energy too.
    Larger the deficit, larger the chances of body using muscle for energy. So, keep a modest deficit, around 200-300 calories, or simply eat at maintenance and create the required calorie deficit by walking around 10,000 steps per day.
    Find your maintenance calories using any online calculator and make a diet plan.
    Building muscle
    For muscle growth, prioritize higher protein intake, around 2.2 g per kg of body weight. Had it been a caloric surplus, you would have done just fine even with a lower protein range also but as you’re in a calorie deficit, you need a higher dose of protein to preserve & grow muscle. Adequate protein intake signals your body to spare muscle while using fat for energy.
    Secondly, gradually increasing the load, sets, or reps in your weight training sessions is very important so that you’re progressing every week because muscle growth will happen when to gradually increase total workout volume.
    Lastly, check your progress every 2 weeks - such as inches across different body parts and adjust calories accordingly.
    Finally, remember that body recomposition is a slow process that requires patience, commitment & discipline.

    Apke bataye according maine gym schedule and diet me ye change kiya 1 july se follow kr rha hu tb body weight 59kg tha abhi 40th day ko 60kg ho gya is beech maine 110 to 130gm protein and approx 1800 calories (200 deficit me) daily liya h. Muscle badhi h fat kamar and pet se gayab hokr adha bacha h. 4 month ka target h dekhte h kya hota h.
    Note: mujhe gym krte 2 sal se jyada ho gya tha strength to badhi thi pr body me khas change nhi aya tha iska reason na proper protein le rha tha na calories as par target count kr rha tha.

      Bro i have the same problem as you. My strength Increased but i gained fat around my belly. I use dairy and soy for protein but because of dairy my calorie surplus was too much,around 500 or so. Please tell me your diet so i can adjust accordingly.

    Sir I am 100 Kilos, 220 Grams of protein kah se Lekhe ayunga. Considering soy bhi sirf 30 grams is good limits and does affect hormones in the body ( especially if you are already Overweight.)

      Apni maintenance calories nikaalo online calculator mill jaayenge count karne ke liye, apni maintenance calories se 300-400 calories extra khaao aur exercise karo (Make sure aap limit se jyada exercise na karo, exercise karne ke baad agar kahi ghanto tak aapko thakaan ho rahi hai ya lambe samay tak joints aur muscles me pain ho raha hai to samaj jaana ki aapne apni capacity se jyada exercise kar li hai)
      Aaspas ke logo ko dekhkar heavy uthaane ka try mat karo bas itna weight uthaao jisse aap 8-12 reps controlled way me nikaal paao
      Sets ke beech me enough rest lo
      Pehle hi din bahut jyada exercise mat kar lena, apni exercise ki intensity dhire dhire badhana and same with diet pehle din itna saara mat kha lena ki hajam hi na kar paao
      Aapka wajan kam hai isliye ek tip deta hu: Exercise karte vakt agar aapko muh se saans lene ki jarurat pad jaaye tab ruk jaana nahi to aap apne ko had se jyada push kar loge means over exercise ho jaayegi
      Make sure you get enough amount of Protien: approx 1.2-1.4g per KG of body weight
      Adequate amount of sleep is necessary approx 7-8 hours
      Ek beginner ke liye week me 6-7 din exercise karna jaruri nahi hai, agar week me 4 din bhi exercise karoge to bhi accha result milega
