✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
3 eggs
A pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
150 g sugar (3/4 cup)
180 ml milk (4/5 cup)
120 ml vegetable oil (3/5 cup)
300 g flour (2 cups)
15 g baking powder (3 tsp)
80 g oz raisins
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Separate 1/4 of the dough from the total dough and add 1 tsp cocoa powder and 2 tbsp milk
Bake in the oven at 170 °C for 45 minutes
Casserole dish 24 cm
