You can easily make a delicious dish with minimal seasoning.

🍽 Comfortable tofu shrimp fried rice
▶ Seasoned: Gin soy sauce/ Perilla oil (or sesame oil or cooking oil)
▶ Food ingredients
Half a vegetable / Half an onion / Half a head / Half a bowl of rice / One egg
▶ Making food
1. Chop the vegetables in the house and wash the shrimp. (Onions are required!)
2. Mix the rice with the egg.
3. Stir-fry vegetables in sesame oil over high heat to lose moisture, add tofu to drain moisture once more, and then add shrimp.
4. Add egg rice, stir-fry it, and enjoy it.
※ Adjust the seasoning to suit your taste with soy sauce. (I added 2 spoons.)
