A really pleasant surprise Ms. Choi's so exquisitely performing this not-so-often-heard Astor Piazzolla piece, certainly a glad little tryst if not an actual and proper marriage between jazz and classical . . . or so it seems to me. And then Ms. Choi's seemingly boundless repertoire continues to amaze. I mean, truly, is there no nuance so subtle or elusive as to somehow slip her grasp? I think perhaps not. And that's why -- I mean if there were any sort of contest as to which flutist is the greatest of all -- Jasmine is the one to catch.
I JUST chose this piece for my chamber music class this semester, I got matched with a guitar and I was so excited to find this piece because I LOVE Piazzolla!! And now I can't be happier that there is a recording of you playing this piece! Thank you Jasmine :)

공연에서 직접 듣고 1년째 듣는 중입니다. 특히 3악장에서 폭풍눈물을 흘렸었는데.. 너무 슬펐다가 분노했다가 화났다가 받아들였다가 다시 힘을 내야지 하는.. 어떻게 그 감정들을 세세하게 표현하실 수 있는지 정말 감동입니다! 또 공연 보러가고 싶네요
아 정말 이곡 너무너무 특별하죠..! 저도 한때 정말 힘들었던 (손부상으로 악기를 못하던) 시기에 이곡을 들으면서 많이 위로를 받았었거든요. 지금은 그 감동을 전달해주는 입장이 되어서 더 감사한 생각이 들어요. 공연 오셨었다니 너무 반갑습니다:)
