Do you have to link it manually to your phone's Bluetooth every time you start your car or does it automatically activate the phone's Bluetooth without you doing it for you?
You just to do it once then everytime you switch on the car it will automatically connect as long as your mobile BT is on

I'm having disconnections .. when it happens adapter status light goes off , It's like dead, I need to disconnect and connect the usb cable again to make it work again, any idea? I have the last firmware ( september)

I got this dongle recently but when I start my Toyota it connects to the car reasonably quickly but it doesn't take me to the Android Auto screen. It stays on the Toyota home screen and I have to click android auto to get in. Is there a way to get it to auto load into the android auto screen?
You solve the problem ?
Well.. my A2A dongle does nothing but blink 4 times in red and then gets steady red again. This will repeat infinite times. The Connection to my Phone gets lost every time it starts to blink and this only repeats. There is no reset button on the dongle and the support didnt answer for two days now. I tested it in a Ford Fiesta 2019 and Volvo XC60 2018, with Pixel 6 pro and Pixel 7 with latest Android 13. The manual is so simple, that you couldnt do anything wrong, but those dongles just wont work.
Did the dongle work in those other cars?
@@MinistryReviewsSchaz Which other cars? Have only tested it in the two cars I mentioned. I don't know anyone with an AA car, where I can test the dongles.

Just follow the steps in my video. First plug in the device, you will not see anything on the screen, at least thats how it worked in my car. Then you open bluetooth on your mobile and pair it with the device, keep your Android Auto app on and running, then you will see the option of AA on your car screen

I did not experience any issues with both 4.0 and A2A, and I remember doing an extended test on 4.0
