The numbers this video has given is all fiction and was made to discourage Filipinos of their oil and gas exploration. You can even see that he said 91 cents per barrel of oil when it was supposed to be $91 per barrel. Note that every country around the Philippines have extended their EEZ on the Spratly islands to the Scarborough Shoal. Taiwan sits there on the largest Philippine rock in the Spratly hundreds of miles from their little island, Taiwan just so it can claim Philippine oil and gas.
As soon as the Philippines complete its military modernization, it can push back these thieving countries specially Taiwan and China.

Philippines is very rich in natural resources. They also have the highest gold bars reserve during the 1950's 950k plus metric tons of gold bars which is scattered in 170 banks world wide including World Bank...Marcos Gold or the Maharlika Trust Funds...This gold bars was used to lend may countries to recover it's economy from WW2 devastation with 50yrs. Contract interest which already matured last 2000. Marcos Gold Bars is worth Quad Trillions of Dollars even during the 1950's and just imagine it's worth now. Philippines also has a reserved of 400,000 metric tons of gold bars. That's why Philippines can easily be issued approved loans by Asian and World Bank because they know they have the capacity to pay any loans more than any country in the world. That's why after 9 11 bombing former President Bush was asked on who he thinks is the richest country in the world right now. He simply smiled and said the Philippines.

Why not explore all oil deposits in the island. Too much talk no action have no result.
Oil will not go to the gasoline. Yes! We have oil. No action no result.
The Filipinos need action not talking.

The United States produces more oil per day than Saudi Arabia. The US produces 11.884 million barrels a day. Saudi Arabia only produces 9 million. Saudi Arabia exports more oil because it refines an estimated 2.9 million barrels per day. The United States refines a massive 17.94 million barrels per day.

Why do you ask who has the more crude oil? Saudi is one of the exporting crude oil and comparing it to the Philippines where they were just saying that oil is under the spratleys'? . Even if there are trillions of barrels of oil under it is still there. You have to drill it and of course ask permission from the owner, china who claims that it is theirs because it is china sea. Actually, the earth is full of black gold, the problem is how deep and you must get into the stream of oil. It is all around the globe. It is only an idea brother.
