Yes sister no growth in hospital side jobs only growth in vigilance. Salary hike good in vigilance. I have done clinical research coordinator, clinical pharmacist, assistant professor no improvement in salary 15k no hike
Depends on your knowledge. Big corporates like I have mentioned in the video have no bar on salary. You can connect with HRs of Medanta/Max/fortis to know more. I asked them myself. 😁 Just you need good profile and strong references.

They should give more salary for pharm d graduate it should be equal to mbbs this should be implemented.
