Easy recipe of biryani Purani Dilli style
Ingredients
8kg chicken
5kg sela rice
4 inch ginger Julian
30 green cardamom
35 cloves
10 tbs garlic paste
200 gm yoghurt
Salt according to taste
1 cup oil
Food colour + 1tbs sugar+ kewra water + yoghurt for colouring
1/2 nutmeg + 1 flower of mace + 4 inch cinnamon stick 10 cloves+ 10 cardamom ( make powder)
4 tbs red chilli powder
200 GM green chillies pickle
40 green chillies
He used only half colour so u make only half quantity
Deg Ka korma
Deg Ka zarda
Deg ki biryani
