Perfect Degi Beef Biryani Recipe By Cooking With Kawish

Today I am going to share Original Degi beef Biryani Recipe from Khadija Pakwan Center.

Less quantity Ingredients if you need then follow the instructions below
2kg Ingredient
Step 1 :
Beef : 2kg
Red Chili Flake: 3 Table Spoon
Biryani Masala of any brand: 2 Table Spoon
Turmeric Powder : Half Table Spoon
Cumin Seeds : 2 Table Spoon
Clove : 10 to 12
Black pepper: 15 to 20
Green Cardamom: 8 to 10
Black cardamom: 2
Cinnamon Stick: 2 to 3 of 2 inch
Salt : 2 to 3 Tablespoon or as per your taste
Ginger and garlic paste: 3 Tablespoon
Green Chili Paste: 3 Tablespoon
yogurt: 200 Gram
Curry Leaves: 1 Bunch
Tomatoes: Half Kg
Water : 1 liter
Cook on High flame for 10 to 15 minute then cook on low flame until meat tender.
Step 2 : yogurt Mixture
Yogurt: 200 gram
Nutmeg Powder: 1 Tea spoon
Javitri ( Mace ) Powder : 1 Tea spoon
Green Cardamom Powder: half Tea spoon
Cumin Seeds Powder : half Tea Spoon
Food Color : half tea spoon
Mix It Very Well and make a mixture
Step 3
Dried plums: 6 to 8
Turn Off Stove
Coriander leaves: 1 Bunch
Mint leaves: 1 Bunch
Tomato : 500 gram
Lemon : 4 to 5
Green Chili : 8 to 10 medium size
Brown Onion: 400 gram
Biryani Masala of any brand: Half Table Spoon
Cumin seeds powder: Half table Spoon
Nutmeg powder: Half Tea spoon
Mace ( Javitri) : Half tea spoon
Green Cardamom: Half Tea Spoon
Cumin seeds powder: Quarter tea spoon
Step 4 :
Basmati Rice : 2 Kg ( Boiled 70 Percent)
Cooking Oil Half Cup
Water : Half Cup ( Boiled Rice Water )
Kewara water : 2 tablespoon
Cooking on low flame for 10 to 15 Minutes.

I saw this video and was badly craving for this biryani but also didn't have much time on hand to make from scratch. So I used the Shan Karachi beef biryani masala and the steps in the video. The biryani turned out awesomeeee.. and the sweetness of alubukhara and fried onions leveled the spiciness of this biryani. It turned out totally different from the usual biryani. INSHA'ALLAH next time will try with the mentioned masalas.
