5:07 - shoot at the sunrise when the majority are sleeping 😉 and the light during the golden hour is beautiful, that's my tip!

Is there anyway to remove cloud shadows going in and out on a building in post? or is it best to just capture on a day where the light is super consistent?

Here in Minnesota we have a few fluffy clouds and a few whispy clouds. But it looks like they are clearing up by sunset...

I've tried shooting hyperlapses recently and here's my question: what mode will you choose to avoid the flicker and under/overexposed shots when it's sunny, but there are many clouds which block the sun from time to time? I used the Av mode, so all the shots are well exposed, but there's a flicker. I do use the LRTimelapse, but it's deflicker didn't help since the composition is always changing and the program measures the whole frame. With the manual mode there's a risk to get overexposed and underexposed shots. So, how do you deal with that?

Just shoot in Manual and trust in the dynamic range of the RAW files to adjust the exposure where needed, you can use LRTimelapse to keyframe bits of your sequence and then push and pull the exposure, or just let the shot go darker or brighter, because that's how we experience the scene in real life anyway!
