I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For the Newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's sad truth. I remember when i just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 i ended up selling it because i have lost alot trading all by myself without a guide. I tried opening the XAUUSD on 6th August on 1600hrs UTC+4 like on your video, but i see different candles, different movement. Thanks for the video.
His strategy seems so easy and fun but somehow I get stuck in what if's. Like, I sometimes feel like it needs more confluence. Also he recommends to trade on sessions for momentum and to not go below 30 min or 15 at max. Hence it gets hard to apply this for example in Indian market which is just open for 6 hours. But i keep getting back to him to see how fun his strategy is to trade.

So you dont wait for restesting if its a new S&R or and old one? From this movement you can see a bottom forming, the key you missed from this explanation is, stop loss and accepting the loss if you were wrong - with minimal losses.
Edit: a double top or bottom does not indicate a reversal or rejection. I do however agree with your zones of S&R

No, we need zones and the zones should not too small or too big because in the middle of the zone the critical confirmation line should be drawn be drawn like the blue line raja mentioned above, if u r not drawing zone, u will lack discipline in placing that critical confirmation line then total trade will go wrong.( you're welcome)
