      All his over cases should be reviewed. It's not just incompetence but wilful dereliction of duty. There was no evidence linking the student to the crime, the student had a bone fide alibi and the injured party gave a different description of the assailant. Yet this "detective" purposely attested to the student's guilt. Lex Talionis should definitely be applied in this case.

    That Detective should go to PRISON, because how many times has he and other officers Lied to Arrest someone? Police are Rarely held accountable,I say the detective should lose his Job because he obviously has done this before plus Jail time Exceeding 30 days and including all other crimes he committed just to get a warrant to arrest an innocent man.

    And this is how it is with detectives, do you remember OJ's trial, if you recall the detective that was in charge of whole investigation, lied under oath and expected the officers to back him up, and was asked to retire after this, nothing was brought up after that, I hope this detective actually gets charged with something.

    I think it needs to be common practice to make law enforcement that falsely accuses or prosecutes someone on made up evidence stand trial and serve time. There should be no statute of limitations either. Maybe they will get the message.

    Unfortunately, we all know how the justice system works for cops when they commit crimes. I'm not expecting him to be charged. To arrest someone that you know is innocent is some cruel sh!t!!!
