The painter would ask you somewhere around #Rs.2000 USD to #Rs.3000 (about US$40 to US$50 to give it a new look and cartage extra.

Give New Look to an Old metal Wardrobe in just Rupees 600/- only (about US$10) and for this the following Material has been used by me:
Metal primer 1/2 Ltr.
Asian oil paint (glossy)1/2 Ltr.
2 Brushes for paint.
Tarpin oil small bottle for dilute in the paint. [Also called oil of turpentine, spirit of turpentine]
Paint Thinner small bottle for deep your brushes and strains.
Regmar 150 number (Sand paper 150 number)
Total Expenditure INR ₹600 approx (Less than US$10 only)

Yes aap usko thoda patla karne ke liye mix kar sakte hain but karna thoda hi bahut jayada mat dal dena aap 1 ltr.primer main 200 ml tarpin oil mix karna

The ones whos almirah's condition is bad from the inside as well, they will. Mine was completely fine, therefore, I did not need to paint it on the inside.

Yes aap use kr skte hai, sirf red enamel gloss use krenge to only 1 coat will be enough

Lekin Enamel paint godrej pe permanent nai rehta, and purana rang pura nikaal lena chahiye thha qki baadme wo papdi ki tarah nikalna chaalu hojayega

You can ask the hardware shopkeeper about the colour and the shades as I am not familiar with the number and do tell the shopkeeper that you want the paint for metal!

It's given there in the video. Normally outer part of the Almirah require painting and self renovation is quite cheap. Rest depends upon the material you use.

Yes, if the old painted layer is chipping off then you have to remove it and then apply primer.

I think I should not name any perticular brand as of now. It depends upon your trusted choice and availability in your local market. Better to explore and have a word with the local vendor. 🇮🇳
Instead of white colour can we take any other colour and dilute it with turpine oil
Look, if you have a desired colour you want to paint, simply use it directly by diluting it, else you can use white paint and use stainer to give colour of your choice. Just take care to add small small quantity till desired colour appears.

Video is very nyc but it might be better if you have explained more clearly about primer and things as it went little fast for beginners
I think, you haven't watched the complete video. The uneven areas do require putty for filling rough surfaces. As far as primer is concerned it may be purely your choice. As the video was made with already available stuff at home, I shoot it that way only. The viewers are free to ask in case of any doubt, I will be pleased to answer your queries.

What is the method of spaying colour
Normally professionals use spray gun. I won't advise use of spray gun at home as it spoil your other stuffs like mirrors etc.with marks of paint droplets 💦. Also, spray gun came costly and rarely used at homes. You can try roller if you wish. For spray plz cover all other items in a room first and then do. The method of using spray gun would be there in the booklet provided with it.

You did not apply metal primer 🤒
Normally primer is used with raw surface. In my case, I painted the wardrobe over the existed paint as my surface was smooth. My almirah was not rusted! It was just the colour that came out dull so gave it a makeover!

Nope, Plz don't use fabric colours. Use synthetic paint only. Apply with paint brush or roller. You can also use primer before the final coat. In case the metallic surface is rough, use of putty is advisable with regmaar to make it plain.

Pahle ye dekhna padega ki kitni hai agar kam hai toa wo paint se hide ho jaati hai but agar jyada hai toa metal main fill karne ke liye putty aati hai wo aapko fill karni padegi then you can start your paint
