    Back when Hassan Haskins was the featured back, Corum was considered to be the speed guy to present a real change of pace when Haskins needed a breather. Corum must have noticed that Michigans' offense was mostly runs in between the tackles, and with Haskins leavng, Blake went into the weight room and came out looking like a sack of bowlng balls. He lost some speed in the process. It was nice to see his highlights from early in his Michgan career when he was more of a speed demon. He's better off with the added msucle. It makes him big enougth to play in the NFL.

    Thank you BLUE for the GREATEST SEASON in my 67 years. Blake Corum is as good a guy OFF the field as well as ON it. That is his greatest quality. I saw what he did for kids at Christmas in this area and it was beautiful. Thank you BLUE !!!! Thank you Blake.

      Glad you mentioned this!
      If I ran Michigan Football.. I would offer every captain with exceptional leadership in and off the field a full time career if they stayed another year and happened to get injured like Zinter who probably lost a lot of $$$ in the NFL draft stock for his loyalty..
      It worked out great for Blake taking that risk..
      But, they also calculate the amount of damage with running backs as they have the shortest lifespan..
      Unless Harbaugh promised to draft JJ , I have no idea why they wouldn't promise him a lucrative career at Michigan if he got hurt and/or affected his career..
      I say if you stay and take the risk and win out..
      Make a donation to NIL.
      If you lose out of your projected draft stock bc of injury..
      They deserve half of that projected draft money they lost..
      Of course this would be partly supplemented by Vegas$ Lines..
      Money corrupts but doesn't lie

  • @lawrencedaniels555
    @lawrencedaniels555 10 месяцев назад +5

    I am really going to miss Corum. He's more valuable than some may realize. His vision is impeccable . If Donovan Edwards could see things the way Corum did he could be so good but he does not find the creases like Corum and he doesn't have the short area quickness and forward lean like Corum.

    • @Jam-City
      @Jam-City 10 месяцев назад +2

      Donovan has it but he doesn't use it. He needs more emphasized coaching on making AGILITY moves and doing agility training. He tries to outrun most people and doesn't always have the angle. He showed he could do it in the Washington game

    • @lawrencedaniels555
      @lawrencedaniels555 10 месяцев назад

      @Jam-City if he's not showing it then he doesn't have it. In that Washington game he didn't see it right away but the run lane was so big it was hard to miss. Corum finds small creases that he hits before they close. Edwards can't do that. He's a different back. When he recognizes the rush lane on time he's unstoppable. I also don't like that he's usually tackled by one guy on the first hit.

    • @Jam-City
      @Jam-City 10 месяцев назад

      Simply not true. Based on that bad logic no freshman or sophomore lineman playing ever develops or shows a greater skillset or develops into an NFL prospect. He's a 5 star RB for a reason and has shown the stuff before several times just not consistently and that's on the coaches. He ran through the line up the middle in Iowa game for one example in the championship. He has gone down too easily at times because he's tried to escape through speed. Coaching would say hey this is what you want to consider doing. As for Washington game Corum did and does the same thing many times because Harbaugh would FORCE them up the middle UNNECESSARILY MANY MANY MANY TIMES hindering sooner development with 3 yards and cloud of dust offense. With Donovan being the feature back this year we should see improvement in those areas. He's showed flashes of it for a reason. He needs coached up on utilization of all he has outside of speed. They have RB coaches in college and NFL for a reason and they focus on development

    If I know how to do it I would but I think somebody should make a video of Blake Quorum scoring every touchdown from the very first to the very last when he passed the A-Train, I grew up watching him score touchdown after touchdown in the greatest of moments, I'll never forget Anthony Thomas. But like most records even if they hold that record for 100 years God will eventually give that gift of running the ball to who was like everyone else on that top 10 list which is the gift of believing not only in themselves but believing that with God all things are possible. Plus with are wolverines setting the record of most wins in college football that should tell you we give it are all more then any collegiate football team out there. Not taking anything away from any other team and there accomplishments but are all time win record will always show for itself. The question is who is God going to bless next with the athletic ability and the mindset like all the Michigan greats out there. Stay humble out there and God bless all. We love you Blake and maybe someday you might see a Michigan wolverine pass your record but until then enjoy and good luck with the draft. Maybe you'll be with Jim with the chargers. If it's God's will then it's already set. But yea please will someone make a video of all his touchdowns. Thank you Go 💙💙🔵🔵✝️✝️〽️〽️〽️〽️〽️〽️〽️〽️〽️〽️〽️〽️

    I remember that washington game in 2021. Michigan didn't throw the ball much. fans compained that Harbaugh was stunting thier passing game by not getting enough reps in regular games and when it came time to play OSU, they'd get whooped. I hope those fans don't enjoy the NC at all. I hope they're still bitter for some reason.

      Clearly you didn't read the letter the Big10 released stating the NCAA had no evidence other than what Stalions did. Since Stalions couldn't be punished, they punished Michigan by giving Harbaugh a 3 game suspension. Harbaugh didn't do anything but still had to pay the penalty for what Stalions did. This was not a program of cheaters like the media insinuated as they presented half truths.
