Productive Morning Routine, Getting It All Done Before the Kids Get Up

  • This is my early morning routine to get my day starting in the most productive way possible. If you have kids you know how important that is. I hope you enjoy.

      Thank you so much. I just got started on here so that means a lot. I am a stay at home mom, and I needed a hobby. lol. And this is the one I landed on.       Hi from Switzerland 🇨🇭😉.
      I am a mum of 5 (18-12) . I used to go to the gym at 5 am but it is so difficult getting out of the house .
      I need to restart. We do walk 1,5 every evening here for 10 days now .
      I also did like you a gastric bypass en roux weight loss surgery but 18 years ago .
      So what time do you get up and do your exercices and for how long ?

      @@mandanabalet4841 Hello!!! I have been getting up between 4:30 and 5am on the weekdays for the last 2-3 months. I actually am not able to go out to the gym because my husband also leaves for work around this time and my kids are young. But, we purchased a used treadmill off of Facebook Marketplace and I have been using that each morning as well as doing some RUclips workouts. I have been working out for 45-60 minutes per day before my kids wake up.

      @@BethanyGraceMcKeel wow all my admiration Bethany . You must be exhausted by night time . I used to be mum at home when mine where young . Now I work but as a freelance therapist .
      You have motivated me to try and quick myself to go to the gym or do some workout at home ( but waking up at 4.30 that is impossible at 5 yes I did it but was exhausted later one .

      @@mandanabalet4841 I am definitely tired at the end of the day. But I am a natural morning person, and my whole house goes to bed by 9pm so that helps. We are all so different in our circumstances and our preferences. The most important thing is that we find what works for us at each stage of life, and then be willing to change and adapt when the time comes. I wish you the best of luck in your health and fitness!
