I can also just recommend to stay at the railway station for a few minutes, before rushing to one of the main attractions. It is probably one of the most beautiful station in all of Japan!
I love Kanazawa! I'm going back in april and I can't wait. The garden is fabulous and not to be missed. I would add the contemporary art museum, which is really interesting, to the list of 'must see'.
I'm spending there a day in late may, this video, like many others in this channel, is an inspiration.
Thank you for it!

I 100% agree that the number one thing to do in Kanazawa is the Kenrokuen Gardens. We visited them when we were in Japan last September and it was beautiful. Like no other garden I have ever visited before.
I've always love your entrance video

One of my most favourite cities in Japan along side Hiroshima, due to the less population density and great seafood. Oh, well because of Shirakawa-go as well :)
I love Shirakawa go too!
From 1.3. to 15.3. I will visit Kanazawa! I enjoy!
The City of Gold, but the video did not include a visit to the gold leafing places, which are most interesting.
