I haven't. You appreciate guys like Tomlin. You have to block out the noise from fans when they lose a game or don't win a super bowl every year. It's nonsense. He's a good coach that has the respect of everyone. Not many can say that.

He’s easily the best “players coach” I’ve never heard anyone outside of AB criticise him. Players love him.
@@AK-bt6es the weird thing is, mike tomlin being fired from the Steelers would be the worst thing for the Steelers. But I reckon mike would get a whole new life out of going to a day Tennessee or Carolina. Sometimes a guy mike leaving and going somewhere else is the catalyst for a period of success just because it’s all new and invigorating.

Whenever Tomlin pointed out the UNC game I felt beyond vindicated. That has been the game Ive been pointing to for MONTHS now that he can play and perform well in the elements. And to hear it come out of an NFL head coachs mouth is beyond gratifying.

I am not a Steeler fan, but after hearing Coach Mike's interview and his reputation, I have a lot of admiration for him and see why his players do so well.
I actually think Baker Mayfield could excel under a steady coach like this who wants to bring out the best in his players. Great interview and coach! 👍🙄🏈

Only Steelers game I’ve been to was against the raiders. AB’s rookie year, Richard Seymour hit Big Ben after a play and got ejected. I thought what’s formerly known as (Heinz) field went crazy! Raiders travel well. It was a great atmosphere!
Steelers fans secretly love Raiders. They are tough, respectable, and classy. Two peas in the AFC pod.

I really do hope Pickett works out for my Steelers. We've only had 2 great QBs in the franchises history (Bradshaw and Big Ben) and 2 decent qbs (Neil O'Donnell and Bubby Brister). Otherwise there have been a lot of bleak years at QB (Mark Malone, Tommy Maddox, Slash, Cliff Stoudt, Mike Tomczak).

How could you possibly have expected to get Dean in the 3rd before it came out during the draft he had medical issues?
@@exiledrabbit because I know scouts are dumb and were already starting to detract from him at the combine for him being undersized. Even though he was obviously the heart and soul of a legendary college defense. Philly got a hell of a player for a 3rd rounder.

I like that Pickett can string a few coherent sentences together when he speaks. That's quickly becoming a lost trait in the NFL.

What a great coach and interview. I know the Steelers don’t fire coaches but you do have to perform. Here in Detroit we can’t get anything like this man.
This guy is going to be the Steeler coach for the next 30 years probably.
Its noteworthy that Coach demands each person concerns himself with improving himself, and no one else. Its something we could use more of.

I say this every time they tweak overtime: all they need to do is add time without resetting possession. Just let the game continue from where the final seconds of regulation left off. That way, sudden death in the OT period is totally fair because neither possession nor position are arbitrary; they would just continue the natural flow of the game.

I could listen to Mike Tomlin speak all day. He frustrates me at times with some in game calls but it's rare and I believe he will get us another one or two chips before he's done.
