- Enough is enough, it's time to go back to Stories of Legends (SoL) and make some progress. We take on Shadow Cosmopolis and my lord... where did all the difficulty come from.... i'm fairly certain Morning Rush Hour is glitched.

sometimes you just need four meatshields instead of just *two*

Just use something that outranges them+ meatshields,like Cyborg or Dragon
If you do that it will be way easier
In fact the whole subchapter would also be easier if you just focus on range+ meatshields instead of tanking, tanking is more for niche levels and bosses,it is better to overkill with meatshields than to use too little of them

Syncing+a baha is the best way to deal with em, but even with luring there are some situations where you can’t. Even if you CAN’T a baha, syncing still helps meatshield.
In hungry forest I only used A. Bahamut to kb the sloth at the end.
I love overpowering my enemies and it's not too hard although I do love my Meatshields.

Also mate counter capies with lots of cheap meat shields eraser is not a good choice for that level

Morning Rush Hour you need to complete in a certain time limit before 8 million of those guys spawn. But the red Capys are only single target so a lot of meatshields will protect your attackers so you can kill them. Then you need to rush the fish and the base down quickly
Did it in like a Minute so I was safe.
Damn that's a lot of enemies, I bet I could beat them.

Great video chawezy, glad you're doing blind runs and beating the levels your way. And that's the point you should focus on, beating the level with a lineup you made UBER OR NOT, just put the most effective team. The one thing you could say it's maybe use a better variety of Ubers since you have many not upgraded and some would be nice to see. Good luck

Also that's just how MRH is, you need to be fast or basically die to the 15 Sunfish and Capys.
Exactly how I was feeling
Chawesy for Morning Rush Hour bring more cheap meat shields, and use A. Bahamut to rush down the Red Capies. You can also try to sync them, Lucas made a video on how to do that in this stage, but I reckon you would not be bothered anyway. So maybe just bring a Rich Cat, and remember to finish this stage within 3 minutes before things get hairy and scary.

I didn't even need to use either Erasers and still beat Stories Of Legend with about 5/10 Difficulty.
I have about 7 Meatshields.
The most meatshields I used was 5 on Eraser Maniac, what a weeny I was

very good general tips
1) Use double eraser
2) Cyborg, Polevaulter, and Manic Macho Legs are good counters for Rain D.s
3) Cameraman helps a ton on spam stages
4) Sanzo makes angels a joke with angel talent
5) For anti-zombie, usually you can use Polevaulter and Cataur w/ anti-zombie talents.
6) For anti-red, usually you can just brute force. Elemental Duelist can demolish enemies like Bore and One Horn.

Hey chawesy, don't restrain yourself from using ubers. It is a game implemented thing, and people who think using ubers is bad are clearly thinking from their knees. Anyone can easily get ubers, if you don't gamble your cat food.

Okay Morning Rush Hour was annoying the first time for me too...Yes, iCat did not freeze all of them because of a slight distance difference..And yes Morning Rush Hour..is a rush stage. For the capies, find something that deals massive damage to red (I used Tropical Kalisa). Finally, you need more meatshields to fend off 3 capies. But remembering that capies one shot everything, you can consider bringing 3 or 4 cheap meatsheilds instead and then use something to destroy the capies. A Bahamut could be useful for rushing down that one sunfish Jones.

I beat morning rush hour first try yesterday.( I am severely under leveled, and only has 6 ubers, and only 6 months into the game.

Honestly the first stage of this chapter is the hardest. You gotta rush it down before the ostrich comes out, and if he does and you didn’t kill the sloth yet, you basically lose
A cyborg cat or two can destroy rain d. So use that instead of tankers
I don't understand why you don't use 3 meatshields as your main lineup its literally the problem in these stages. Rain d.s can be stalled with dual erasers, it can stall the 2nd level as long as your dps is constant, and it can stall the 3 capys after you waved them to sync them up.
Also you can use breakerblast cannon as a general cannon because it can knockback enemies better

Just a tip: Most stages require at least 3 meat shields, being Eraser, Manic Eraser, and Manic Macho. Also, find out the ranges of some of your cats; for example, Seafarer can actually outrange the R. Ost, along with Pizza Cat.
My three meatshields are always Manic Macho, Manic Eraser and Jiangshi. Eraser is slow and doesn't have 2 lives like Jiangshi. So Jiangshi is basically 2 meatshields.
Sea farer is always a solid super rare to pick when you don't know what else to choose

The secret is to destroy the Capys as fast as possible and then rush Sunfish with A-bahamut, so the base is destroyed before the crazy spam (it is not a glitch, it is supposed to happen if you take too long).
Since both erasers get 1hit ko'd and money is very scarce, use cheap meatshields (the $75 ones), maybe three or four will be enough. Destroy the Capys with anti-red cats with strong or Massive damage effect like Bath cat, Manic Island or any anti-red Uber cat. It is a reeeeeally frustating stage, so don't feel that bad for not clearing it now.

Even I got the god cat recently after around 6 months of battlecats CHAWESY! Btw laughed a lot from this video. And yes, how I wish I have any of the anti traitless ubers, will make my life so much easier in the manic stages. Like mitama which Chawesy abuse so much but carry him throughout his battlecats life.

You should really use 3 meatshields, I recommend manic eraser, manic mohawk and normal eraser.
Also you really shouldn't be ashamed of or scared of using ubers, they're in the game for a reason and don't feel demotivated if someone calls you an ubercarry. Good luck and I hope you improve with this advice!
If you need any help with heavenly tower let me know, I managed to beat every floor recently and I have similar ubers as yours like shadow gao and mitama. But not as many though :-)
@@astolfo3910 Ok having Shadow Gao and Mitama is a free win for the whole heavenly tower. The only reason I can't beat f40 is because I don't have glass cat or S Gao.
No, don't use the erasers. They cost too much. Use 75 cent meatshields like m. mohawk, mohawk, kyubey, catburger, Gato amigo, etc.

I started 9 months ago and I’ve beat the game including all advents the only thing I haven’t beat is Sol 4 ⭐️, chawsey easily has the ubers to beat the game he just doesn’t look at guides and he doesn’t play enough sol
I have a tip: when fighting lots of capys, use cheaper meatshields because caps will one shot eraser and manic eraser
Tip:
Use Cyborg Cat and at least three meatshields to counter Rain D.s when doing uberless.
Also, I recommend having at least three meatshields for most stages, especially on stages with Capis (and later stages with Calamaria), on which, usually, more than three meatshields are necessary.
There is no problem using ubers, tough I'm trying to use 1 or 2 at max, I think it helps getting better in general, specially in stages with restrictions.
Also, rares and super rares are very powerfull if used correctly.

I like your blind playthroughs, those are the best battle cats videos.
However I'll say that you need to not underestimate ranges, just get a better grasp cuz the top strategy tends to be outranging, is just a matter of it's possible or the game let's you. For example you're islands were a drain of cash cuz the ranges enemies had to much dps, luckily you still made it through the level and that's what matter
