I had to check the title twice, I couldn't believe it didn't say The Jerry Lewis Show! I'm not sure about the somewhat square backing vocals on Whole Lotta Shaking, and I doubt Jerry was that keen, but it's a great video to see apart from that. The Sound Generation look rather like models for a clothing catologue from the era, but how beautiful is that long haired blonde singer. Carl Perkins is playing a Microfrets guitar, a rare beast at any time. His duet with Jerry is great. Gospel has never grabbed me, but anything with Jerry in is worth a listen. And it was a revelation to see Jerry playing guitar!
