This week, we go deep into the Japanese Alps for three days of epic trails. From dense forests to incredible summits, we soak in the great outdoors one more time before the fall season rolls in.
Next time we go to Nagano, we'll be playing in the snow!

You can call me Moe - I currently live and ride in Gunma, Japan. My goal is to get more humans on bikes to explore the Japanese countryside. In particular, it's my passion to encourage more women and girls to go out and ride. Whether you're on a mamachari, a cruiser bike, or a road bike, I think cycling is an amazing way to experience the world - healthy for our bodies and the earth. Plus, it's totally fun :)
I want to inspire international travelers to visit hidden roads, underrated restaurants, and inaka towns when Japan's borders open again.
