Thanks TechDoctorUK for this information I didn't know that my vpn could have data leak. I was using a free vpn called proton I stop using them and I sign up for Ivacy vpn. I'm glad you shows us how to check to see if our vpn is working properly or not. Please keep the content coming.
Exactly..! DNS leaks causing some troubles .I live in Europe but when I want to connect to an US server using VPN....somehow they refuse my connection.
Even when the vpn shows no leaks. And trying to access content from those location ( which was changed for the vpn) doesn't work.. E.G someone in UK trying to access usa content.. Uses usa vpn, checks ip leaks and it shows there's no leak, but the vpn doesn't show the USA content as expected and the browser detects there's some vpn, how do you get around this?
You were pushing Ivacy VPN a couple of weeks ago now it's IP vanish are you getting a back hander for promoting this? If so, you should say paid promotion on your Vids
No back handers but yes, IPvanish, Ivacy and ExpressVPN are my current channel partners. I also used to recommend NordVPN but recently changed from them to ExpressVPN

dnsleak websites are useless, because they only show your destination, however, they do not show how it goes there, so many dnsleak websites pass, however, the persons data actually went through their ISP before reaching the results showing on dnsleak websites.

There is ALWAYS a reason why a product is free if it's not open source. It's free because it's a data mining VPN that is probably selling your data or will be. As stated above, stop using free VPN'S. None of these RUclips channels should even be talking about using free VPNs. Not for nothing but a VPN is ridiculous cheap now a day. A couple day's or a month of coffee's knowing your data ( hopefully) is being not logged. JUST my opinion

Use a decent vpn. I access USA content all the time with Ipvanish www.anrdoezrs.net/click-100551802-14376108

Doc how do I change the DNS on a Verizon router? This is happening to me using IP Vanish

Sometimes my VPN(free) connects to A server but it is my ISP in another US state. Is this bad? Am I then visible to my ISP?
